I have been reading a lot of links about the relationship between PE and porn addiction and over masturbation. Even the Chinese talk about over masturbating affecting the kidney (Where sexual control comes from) causing weak erections, semen leakage and PE. And I definitely think there is something to it. I am 10 days on the fast while taking kidney tonic plus soon adding horny goat weed. Also here and there I have been doing reverse kegals as when I PE have uncontrolled spams and regular kegals.

Buttersketch, I just read through the entire thread. I have to say, I saw this awhile ago and I thought to myself, "wow, this makes a lot of sense but I don't want to commit." Haha... anyways I'm now on day 6 and I am fully committed to doing this. I've started exercising (running/biking), as well as doing the MM kegal routines, and not watching porn or masturbating. I'm in a complicated relationship with a girl I really like who is afraid of commitment yet she really likes me too... but at this point I care more about my own health than worrying about whether or not she'll be around after 3 months or not. She says she supports me though, and I love to please her in other ways so I'm gonna get that "she comes first" book that you recommended :P. Trying to see this as a journey of improvement on all fronts. I will keep you all posted on how I am doing. I know others said they would report back, but I've seen no final words. I will definitely do a full report of the three months, you have my word lol.
Also, there is a lot more to my case than just PremE however and I'm going to start my own thread because it's off topic somewhat, however I'd like to help others if I can with the problems I have faced since I was 13 years old (now 22). This program is a huge leap of faith to solve other issues (a penile injury at age 13 that turned into very serious mental problems). I will share them all on my thread. I'll come back to post a link but right now I have to go run and then go to work. To say the very least, thank you thank you thank you for your commitment in sharing a method that worked for you in order to possibly help others. It is truly a respectable thing on every level and I am thankful for the knowledge being shared on this forum.

Bumping this thread since I believe it has value for those who like myself, objectify orgasm. I am thinking of starting the abstinence thing, though I may not need to do 3 whole months as my Pre E is not a serious problem. In my case, because I am so focused on orgasm, I don't enjoy the so called plateau phase. By taking a break, I hope to rewire my sexual response. I would also like to point out that, when resuming after your break, how important it is to change your response, this means taking your time and enjoying the feelings without orgasming and staying relaxed; there is no point in restarting your system if your are just going to reintroduce bad habits.

I'd really respect your opinion on what you think I should do to give myself the best chance at healing my condition. I developed Peyronies Disease when I was 13 from an injury which lead to excessive kegaling while masturbating to stay hard which lead to an unbalanced pelvic floor and PremE problems in bed with real girls. I also developed a psychological breakdown known as HOCD. I've gotten much healthier mentally but I'm still fighting the Peyronie's, pelvic floor problems, and overall EQ with real girls. Check out my thread if you get a chance. I've read several of your threads.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VoodooChild, I have in fact read your log a few times (and even reped some posts), I check it out from time to time to see the progress. As I have maybe already told you (within the rep comments), you seem to have most of it figured out and have a clear plan and road before you and that is one of the most important things you should have.
My 90 day reboot opinion is mostly intended for those that are addicted and doesn't have as multi-layered problems as you have (and their unrealistic expectations). In other words if you think it is working out for you, then you should stick to it, because it is helping you in fields you don't even notice. But my opinion that inactivity isn't the right answer (as you have noticed yourself) still stands, only a complete lifestyle change will bring the changes most expect out of a 90 day reboot.
You progress is excellent in regards to your problems and even though you said that you are doing the pelvic floor exercises I haven't seen any report/feedback on that so I am unable to be of any help in that field (hence the lack of comments). Also I "dwell" almost exclusively in the premature ejaculation forums, and the best way to have my attention (and I say this to many) is to PM me with the link to the post you want my opinion on. The only thing I can say is be sure to ejaculate once a week if you are doing pelvic floor exercises, you are having so many problems and an added prostate problem is not a wise thing.
Also never again masturbate, always edge (seems too much of a serious decision but I think you will understand the reason why in time). Meaning always have a goal in mind since edging is masturbation with a specific goal in mind other than just ejaculation. So your goal should be to always be able to do a session that is between 25-45 minutes, yes sometimes you will prematurely ejaculate try to simply shrug it off (the definitely hardest thing to do, but one you are able there goes at least 50% of your premE). It seems just like a gimmick to call it edging and not masturbation but in time (at least for me) it became so normal to have some goal when masturbating (pleasure always included, never do it mechanically) that I consider it somewhat a personal let down if I drop down to plain masturbation (maybe a little to dramatic but fitting, I am still kinda on a fence about all that to be honest). Edging is all about mixing a good mindset with pleasure and it can be extremely useful, but just like porn and every thing you really must know what you are doing.
Also as you continue to exercise your whole body you will more and more begin to once again accept yourself (an important part of the healing process), also as you have notice it.
Other than this I really don't have anything to add, your dedication and perseverance is commendable and be certain that those are your greatest assets.

Wow Minuteman, thank you for such a detailed reply. That really makes a lot of sense and I respect your opinions on the matter. I have only one main question:
If I edge once a week because of my pelvic floor routine, should it be without porn? Or is it ok if the video is slow enough and I am moving to climax at a slower pace? (this might be a stupid question, I'm really not so sure)

If you have to use porn use it as an igniter and nothing else, if you want to get rid of your porn induced ED completely you should never again (it sounds harsh but you have to do that) masturbate while watching porn.
In other words watch for example 5 minutes of porn while not touching yourself and allowing your penis to get fully erect, then turn of the porn and edge, down along the line your imagination and your focus on sensations will take over until ideally you need less and less porn to get aroused.
If, for example, even when watching porn you are unable to get a full erection (or the erection you normally have while masturbating) then you should slowly caress your penis or edge very slow and sensual until you get to the desired EQ and then turn it off. Also do not sit in front of the monitor when watching porn ever again especially not while hunched over or in any kind of pressure, try to get in the as relaxed position as you can while watching porn (preferebly naked, lying on the bed or standing, or sitting in a very comfortable chair) and then just turn it off and continue with edging. It might not work flawlessly the first few times but as far as the usage of porn goes this is probably the best way I know to use it. Also don't rush trough multple clips, pick one and relax and let the sensations or arousal come, if you constantly "change the channel" you are just inviting more ED problems down the line. The bottom line is however that if you can manage it without porn at all that is in fact the best way and if you can gradually aiming to achieve that over the time should be your goal then.
