    **LONG POST, BUT WORTH THE READ IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PE IS DUE TO OVER-MASTURBATION AND TRAINING OF YOUR EJACULATION REFLEX.

    Hey everyone never posted before but I am 19 with severe premature ejaculation (almost always < 1 minute). I have all the methods on her and have had limited success, the most coming from reverse kegels. I am about a week into a reboot as buttersketch has done, because I am convinced it is mainly a nervous system problem for me since from ages 15-18 I would masturbate at least once a day but frequently up to 5 or 6 times a day. Also, i would rush and literally be thinking non stop "I wanna come, i wanna come". The frequency has definitely decreased over the last year as im in college, but I still masturbated enough, 2-3 times a week to not let my nervous/endocrine system repair. I know, that 2-3 times a week is a very reasonable amount however I had already caused a nueroplastic change in my endocrine system involving hormones related to ejaculation, and this just reinforced the change.

    All the techniques and exercises on this forum are great and very useful, I believe many men can cure themselves with these, however what I am going to talk about is relevant for those who always rushed to orgasm and would ejaculate VERY frequently.

    The information I am relaying is from Theory of Sexual Orgasm and Sexual Exhaustion Symptoms a site of Chinese Dr. Lin. He has developed an institute of research developed completely to the study or orgasm. I think that I have seen the site mentioned on here before, but did not get the respect it deserved. before i go on, let me say, i am in no way advertising for this site, i am posting this because honestly in my case of premature ejaculation, this makes the most sense and is the most hope ive ever had for a cure. And lets face it, Western doctors are almost no help at all with this condition, lets give some other doctors a chance.

    I encourage members of this forum to explore his site, it has been a goldmine to me (I have not tried his products or exercises yet, but am starting soon), it is literally endless with information in the form of explanations from him and case reviews of people using his products. I truly believe there is no reason for skepticism of if they're fake, there are literally thousands of them. His english may not be perfect, and I kinda let that decrease his credibility at first, but that is just dumb, its his second language.

    There are alot of "behind the scenes" hormonal processes going on that he explains. This could explain why some men cannot seem to cure their PE, at least if they were over-masturbators (what defines overmasturbating? Who knows probably different for everyone since it is due to hormonal imbalances during arousal). There is far to much info for me to explain, so if this may relate to your situation, check out the site!!! Explore the cases and info, you will most likely find you are a lot of symptoms you have that are for unknown reasons are due to these same hormone changes and changes to your endocrine system. There is even a link to email Dr. Lin directly, I have a few times and everytime he has responded with 24 hours max.

    One interesting thing I will mention is his anal breathing technique. It does NOT involve the PC muscle, but rather the tailbone muscle for controlling ejaculation, that has never been mentioned here. Additionaly, even though this form already knows that pc contractions are responsible for orgasm and ejaculation, Dr. Lin confirms this.

    Anyway like I said, there is waaaay too much info for me to post, if this relates to you, please don't not give it a chance just because it is all new info and healing with herbs may seem like a joke. I think it would be great if more guys on here became aware of this way possible cause of PE and discussed any successes or thoughts. I posted this in this forum because he say in the beginning of the healing process, you don't have to stop all ejaculation, but at least limit it to once a week. Also in our emails, he advised me to stop lifting weights for now (what?!?) because although it helps stress in some ways, it produces other stress hormones detrimental to recovery. He advises I begin running instead (like buttersketch). I am completely aware this is definitely not the case and effective treatment for many cases of PE. All I ask is some people explore the site a little, it won't hurt.

    1. First of all, you have conditioned yourself to ejaculate quickly with bad and quick masturbation habits. Just recondition yourself to last long, you need to start edging slowly for hours, without clenching your anus and tightening pelvic floor and other body muscles. It is a matter of fixing the bad habit, and it will not be fixed through any chemicals, herbs or medicines etc. Just remember that.

    2. Tone up your body muscles with exercises, yoga, jogging, squats, stretching etc. With weak or inflamed muscles you can't build stamina and reduce anxiety. So is true for sex also. In the medical world, neurotransmitter balance (like GABA, serotonin, histamine) is of great importance and a lot of research has been done. It has a role in your general well being, anxiety, behavior, sensitivity, sexuality etc. But no wise physician would like to disturb this natural balance but quakes do it often. Most often they end up selling psychotic drugs in the name of herbs, and medicines. Neurotransmitter balance is determined by a complex bio feedback and body metabolism adjusts it automatically.

    I am already in very good shape.

    Like I said it's definitely not everyone's cure, maybe a tiny minority. But another thing I would mention in my case is that I haven't had an orgasm above a 2 on the 1-10 pleasure scale in at least two years. They are usually nonexisent even when I abstain for a couple of weeks. I understand peoples skepticism. But I am 19, with super weak orgasms (which is a main point on his site), I have been losing hair, I just got put on adderall for ADHD, and more. These are all clearly due to hormonal/ nervous system changes... bad changes. And as for your link, many people make uninformed comments. Some said hes a dick and doesnt realize that clenching your anus is a kegal. yes he does. if you would read into his explanations its about clenching the very top of your anus, the tailbone muscle. It can cut off urinary flow just like a kegal but doesnt stimulate the prostate. i tried it today with success. And people in the link you provided were saying its scary stuff and hes trying to scare you, no its reality for me. I literally abused myself with masturbation, and all abuse no matter what kind is going to have consequences.

    Anyway I only posted for those who were like me and abused themselves. I am going to try his products. I guess I will just use them awhile and report back. Maybe my results will reinforce the general view on him being a fake, or who knows maybe I'll get great results and change some opinions. Either way best of luck to all on finding their own cure.

    Hmm, interesting 3 step combination. Iam 32 and I tried to quit porn many times in past years, because iam sure it severely fucks up your ejaculation response, erection, self-esteem, as well as your attitude towards real woman (hardcore porn is based on male domination and female submission and/or humiliation - this is for very long discusion on its own). But i discovered that porn is very addictive and very hard to let go. Its much like heroin and just recently i saw this documentary on Channel 4, that shows how much porn gets stuck in your brain wiring and is really hard to get rid off just using will power or reason. Channel 4 documentary shows heavy porn users do exhibit same addictive brain patterns as heroin or alcohol users when shown visual cues, while monitored in fMRI. It is more complicated and specific to every person's genetic predispositions to addictive behaviour, but its pretty safe to say, that if you would be using hardcore porn since puberty (still in stage of massive brain dvelopment) for several years, your brain develops such plasticity and neuronal network and response to porn, that is not uncommon to heroin users. The anticipation and use of the substance (heroin or hardcore porn) lights up your brain pleasure/reward centers like christmas tree (visible using fMRI monitoring). When compared to control group of man that dont use hardcore porn regulary, who only exhibit very moderate brain response to visual cues. Its all in the documentary. It shows a clearcut case of substance-like dependancy or addiction on brain celular level !!! Scary stuff !!!

    So as we all probably heard from books or TV, when you want to get off heroin you cant just take less heroin The only way is cold-turkey and than never touch the needle again and prepare for lifelong of coping with the cravings and danger of relapse - i can relate to this somewhat - been smoking only for 5 years (1/2 pack a day) now iam sober for 10 years but still crave a ciggy from time to time - especially after good meal of after some stresfull situation.

    With heroin the detox alone (forcing all heroin remains from your physical body) takes around 10 days. The rehab (the post-detox cure consisting of psychoterapy, learning to cope and fight with EXTREME PHYSICAL AND PSYCHICAL CRAVINGS FOR THE DRUG) is agreed worldwide to take MINIMUM of 90 days but 6 months and more is recomended although not many people can afford it because these services (rehab clinics) are often payed and very expensive in western countries. After you go through detox and 90 days of rehab, you are NOT CURED you are only physicaly purged and equipped with knowledge how to not fall back into the abyss... you are very often left on your own (in case of heroin users often with no friends, money, etc.) and you must try very hard to stay on the righ track for the rest of your life because the memory of the drug high and pleasurable feelings is forever remembered on celular level in your body and brain.

    So thats why i think 90 days of NO PORN and SEXUAL AROUSAL wont fix your PE on its own. But it could greatly reduce the neural over-sensitivity inside your brain's reward/pleasure center that many hard-core porn users develop over the years.

    In combination with meditation to accelerate brain regeneration and calming of central nervous system.

    Intensive excercise to flood out some endorphins that your body is normally getting from addictive drug high.

    And kegel routine to prepare your body when you get back into sex live with clear head and hopefully a little less grip from the addiction and over-sensitivity.

    Ideally you should never touch porn again because your brain already has that predisposition from past to fall back into the addictive cycle and the over-sensitivity to sexual cues on celular level.

    One thing this video doesnt tell is if you stay off heroin for 6 months to 1 year if your brains neural response decreases when presented with visual cues of the drug. Hopefully it does, meaning that addiction "fades away" to a certain degree from the brain's neural memory. And that your brain, given enough time, can return to its previous state before the substance use.

    EDIT: Yesssssss ! Here is a study using fMRI that basically suggests that heroin addicts that are off the drug for longer period (long-term abstinence) show less neuronal excietement when presented with visual cues of the drug than heroin addicts who are off the drug only for short time (short-term abstinence). This means that brains addiction and sensitivity to the substance gradually fades away with more time.

    Not everybody must agree. But in my case it makes a lot of sense that sex and its "larger than life" depiction in hardcore porn excites the brain much like sweet food or heroin. I believe that part of my own premature ejaculation and many other cases (not all) is over-sensitivity to nervous excitement in key parts of the brain and central nervous system that trigger ejaculation reflex. Everybody is different and there is sure many men (if not majority) who watch hardcore porn daily and can last for 10+ minutes. Nevertheless there is many men who might have genetic predispositions to hormonal and neurotransmitter excitement and hardcore porn use made their disadvantage much worse. Long-term or life-long abstinence from porn in those cases might decrease their sensitivity back to managable levels.

    I need to try this out because I think I have very weak pelvic floor. I noticed that I seem to kegel at random times specially when getting an erection and I have read that this is quite bad.

    Other than the OP there have been NO other responses indicating a cure or that this program helped.
