where all you need is a PF balance and do edging which lasts for longer than 20 minutes.
Are you now admitting that edging works?

Vulcan15, nope definitely not yo. Buttersketch, the author of this thread had said that he gave up edging coz it never worked for him but in some recent post, a section of which i quoted above, he advices someone to do edging which should last for about 20 minutes.

Its a bit late but i will reply anyway as it may help someone else.
just create at account at opendns google it and it allows you to block sites you dont want anyone to access on your home network. You also need to change you DNS servers to use open dns servers. just google it and you can find guides

This method DEFINITELY helps. I've been struggling with erectile issues for 10 years and I'm finally healing. Read my thread if you'd like a detailed account of my personal journey over the past year.
Abstinence has played a huge role in healing my penis as well as quitting the use of porn. Other huge factors that have helped are: plant-based diet, yoga, meditation, cardio, and certain herb/vitamin supplements.
When you break an arm you don't go out and play baseball do you? No that would be stupid because how the hell will it heal like that? Unfortunately (or fortunately if you use this knowledge to your advantage), the penis is no different. I could have saved myself 10 years of depression, anxiety, and overall suffering had I just known what to do to heal myself as I am doing now.
If you are having sexual dysfunctions of any kind, mental or physical or both, just lay off of masturbating and sex, stop watching porn, and adopt a new healing lifestyle (as mentioned above). I guarantee this will heal you far sooner and more completely than any other route you could take. I'm experiencing it first hand and many others have too.

buttersketch, in the original post you tell to "stop edging if you do that, stop touching yourself, the only reason you are allowed to touch your penis is to urinate full stop." Then later you replied to someone that doing the JP90 program (which involves quite a bit of touching, both flaccid for stretches and semi-erect for jelqing) simultaneously is okay. I'm still a bit unsure whether one should stop all touching that is reasonably possible (excluding taking a piss, washing up) or just stay away from touching it when it's fully erect?

I think the idea of not touching for those 3 months is to give the muscles a full reset. From what I can tell with my own attempts at abstinence, my penis seems to react more naturally when erect by the end of the abstinent phase. It's like the muscles are returning to their normal healthy state and therefore erections happen without involuntary kegals. I have yet to accomplish the full 90 days but even 45 to 60 days has proven extremely beneficial. I'm starting to understand what it feels like to have a relaxed pelvic floor. I'm also realizing how many bad habits I used to have within my pelvic floor muscles. Slowly but surely I'm regaining my health and confidence. I know for a fact that by this time next year I will be 100% sexually healthy and back to normal again. It will probably happen sooner than that at the rate things have been going over the past year or so, but I assume it will take some time to cement my gains so to speak and not reverse the process.
All in all, abstinence (no touching at all) has been a huge healer in my progress.

Did you guys follow minutemans pelvic floor exercise routine as exactly he posted?? Or just whatever you feel like!? Has anyone else see improvement following exactly what minuteman has posted???

Hopefully someone who has done this or the OP still checks here even though i've seen that he hasn't posted in this thread in a while, can anybody tell me if it is bad if I feel I HAVE to kegel in order to keep my erection from going away? When I masterbait (which I have stopped) I don't feel the need to kegel to keep my erection, but when I just get a random erection and am not masterbaiting I feel I have to kegel to keep it.
