Did you guys follow minutemans pelvic floor exercise routine as exactly he posted?? Or just whatever you feel like!? Has anyone else see improvement following exactly what minuteman has posted???
Hopefully someone who has done this or the OP still checks here even though i've seen that he hasn't posted in this thread in a while, can anybody tell me if it is bad if I feel I HAVE to kegel in order to keep my erection from going away? When I masterbait (which I have stopped) I don't feel the need to kegel to keep my erection, but when I just get a random erection and am not masterbaiting I feel I have to kegel to keep it.
Your best approach at this point would be to stay abstinent as much as possible, work on balancing the pelvic floor through minuteman's approach, eat healthy, and do some yoga/meditation for muscle and mind relaxation. All of this adds up and you'll notice improvements within a month and further improvements every month after. I think abstinence might have been the biggest factor in buttersketch's healing and the other things he recommended more supplemental (but still entirely necessary). Basically, if you could at least be abstinent (and no porn obviously) but you didn't do anything else, you would heal faster than if you did everything else but masturbated regularly. Make sense?
That's just a personal opinion based on my own healing experience.

But what do I do when I get erections then? How does abstinence help cure this? And how does kegeling to keep erection when NOT being stimulated her me? I honestly don't even have enough time to figure out why I ejaculate so quickly, thats I fast I ejaculate when being stimulated by a women. When I masturbate I don't kegel at all and can keep my erection, and I don't completely know if I kegel when receiving oral or having sex (haven't had sex in a long time). What will improvements feel like? like what should I be looking/feeling for to see if I am making improvements?

First off, you should not have to kegal to keep an erection. If you don't feel the need to kegal when you masturbate it might be because you are using so much stimulation that it reduces the need to kegal...as in constant rubbing with maybe too much force and possibly porn I'm guessing. Do you watch porn when you masturbate? It causes hyper arousal essentially and when you don't have that same stimulus it would make sense that you feel the need to kegal.
If premature ejaculation is a problem it could be caused by various things. Porn and unbalanced/excessive kegaling are most likely the biggest factors in most cases.
Your first statement makes no sense.. What's the problem with getting erections? Why do you want to cure that?
And the second part, kegeling with an erection can lead to PremE if you do it excessively. You shouldn't HAVE to kegel to keep an erection. So that's how it can hurt you. I'm just not really sure what your concerns are about.
Improvements would be that you don't need porn to get a full blown erection WITHOUT physical stimulation. You should be able to fantasize and get an erection if you are totally healthy IMHO..and that's without even touching yourself. But once you have an erection, fantasizing and normal stimulation should keep the erection going. You shouldn't have to kegal. Also, you should pretty much get to the point where you can last almost as long as you want with a healthy pelvic floor, or at least to where it's a normal amount of time with a solid arousal, plateau, and climax. People with unhealthy pelvic floors and porn addictions tend to skip the plateau so they ejaculate super fast and the orgasm itself is not as strong/pleasurable as it should be.
And BTW, the whole abstinence thing is about letting the pelvic floor rebalance through rest and relaxation. It will return to it's natural state which in turn let's you enjoy a natural arousal response again.

My bad voodoo, I read my first sentence and it took a while for me to make sense of it too. What I meant was that if I have a healthy pelvic floor and I get an erection would I be able to keep my erection without having to kegel, but you've already answer this so thank you. I also have a severe case of Prem E I believe, not being able to last for more then 10-20 seconds. I've also almost always watched porn when I masturbated (95% of the time). I started noticing that for a while it was very easy for me to lose my erection, from actually about to have sex, to even just putting a condom on I would lose my erection. I've started this program so far, well the complete abstinence part and am going to start doing Minuteman's routine today. I did notice though when I looked at the four actual exercises that he does (Kegel, Reverse kegel, root lock, and reverse root lock) and tried to do them, there was 0 Isolation, like when I did one of them or say a reverse kegel, I would do a root lock and reverse root lock. I really hope this works though, i'd give anything just about to get rid of my Pre E problem.

It's great that you have made a number of attempts at going the full 90 days VooDoo, and that you are sharing your story. It would have been nice if a number of guys had done it and logged their experiences. I gave up masturbation and porn a while back, and even sex during this past Lenten season, but the wife and I have sex once a week now so that's what I'm centering all my PremE exercises on. Edging all week long and then sex... repeat... Time will tell if I find the right path to kicking my PremE

Yeah, I read about stopping watching porn because it could have been the reason that I don't get erections randomly during the day and that I wasn't getting them with women when I should have. I've relapsed a lot though, and it will be 90 days in September, only thing that sucks is I was hoping to go back into college (starts in august) and try to have sex with girls there, guess I just have to wait a while.

I can't wait till I'm healthy. I'm not saying I'm gonna go crazy and have sex with girls left and right but lets be honest, it will be nice to feel the freedom of having a functional unit again. I'm getting closer every month, I can feel it coming. It's just a matter of time.
