I disagree with you alan, not ejaculating for ONLY three months is not going to give you prostate cancer. Three months is not an issue, plus your body gets rid of semen through wet dreams in a period ranging from 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks depending on age and other factors. The idea behind this is to restart the arousal for people who had it as bad as I did, my issue was 30 seconds maximum after penetration. There is nothing I did that helped extend that time frame, whether it was edging, or kegeling or ballooning, etc. The idea here is to restart arousal while balancing the Pelvic floor, it is a double sided advantage if you experiencing intense PE as was my case. I do not recommend this if you can last for say 3 minutes or longer, that can be fixed with balancing your pelvic floor using the linked routine in step two alone. This is recommended for people who have it really bad.

Fair enough I can see your point if you are very bad, do you not think such a problem could be stopped by quitting porn and cutting masturbation down to twice a week? and begin edging instead?
Just wondering this not disagreeing with what you are saying.
And yes I do agree that 3 months off ejaculating will not give you prostate cancer, but it has been proven that ejaculation is good for the prostate.

I think that quitting porn alone is not enough, because I quit for 6 months before doing this and still had PE. I also edged on and off during that period with no avail (it does work for other people, it didn't help me though, not saying it doesn't work). I agree that ejaculating is extremely healthy for the prostate, and so are kegels. Kegeling for 90 days is going to keep massaging it regularly and ease the tension built in it over the period until you get the wet dream, of course there has to be RK's and Root Ks in the routine as described in MM's DO Guide.
I must say that the whole point behind this is to stop Ejaculations entirely, twice a week is not going to help with that. The reason for stopping ejaculation is for the brain to reset, and it wouldn't reset if you ejaculate often.
I suggest they start having Oral sex with their partners after talking to them about the issue. Or they can buy strap ons :P

tha fact that no ejaculation isnt good for your prostate and for your health is bullshit.I never heard someone hurt bye no ejaculation I only heard about people being hurt bye too much ejaculation...try to not ejaculate for 15-20 days and see how you will feel good and healthier.
mastrbation is not a natural thing and other bullshits.
masturbation is a bad habit, quit it...how do you feel after a masturbation?? I have never felt good after a masturbation.
if your pe is caused bye hormons dont take pills, change lifestyle.
I dont know if this will really work, but what I know is that controlling kegel muscles isnt enough to beat pre ej.

feel bad not physically but psycologically, like you have done something that isnt good like stealing.
and physically I feel weaker.my performance in sports is always better if lately I didnt masturbate.

Never felt that way. Are you from a sexually repressive family? I have found my weightlifting performance is completely unrelated to jerk off frequency or timing. Amount of calories I eat, how much I slept and all that is very important.

have you ever tried to not ejaculate for a long time?
if I go jogging after masturbation I feel sore after much less than when I go without have masturbated...sorry for my english.
