    Glad to see that your dedication to the routine and to your goal payed off. Premature ejaculation problem rarely fixes it self without some serious commitment, your was expressed in a form of 90day rebot with a pelvic floor routine.

    As for people that find the first step of this trouble some you can ejaculate every week. In reality as buttersketch noticed wet dreams will fix your abstination problems, however there are people that are either old enough or wired in a way that the wet dreams simply wont happen. For them once a week, or even better once in two weeks might be a good alternative. The problem that appears here is that your mastubation attempts will invoke old bad habits, so you should find some new way of masturbating. Once thing I can recommend is to try and follow this description:

    Be it morning or middle of the day, the idea is to create a good foundation, this is most important part for people with premature ejaculation. Firstly getting naked is a good idea (or if you are too self conscious you might keep the shirt, but getting naked is a better idea etc.) Also get some lubricant of choice.

    The getting naked part is important psychologically as well as physically. The psychological part is in feeling sort of unburdened by your clothes (I didn't notice this before I came to these forums, since I mostly masturbated with my clothes on, but later on I tried without and noticed how relaxing and freeing it is). The physical part is that you can easily feel your body with both your hands and legs, you can be surprised how foreign we can sometimes seem to our own body.

    Lay down on the bed and firstly try to get the feel of your body, close the eyes and try to feel the air touching your skin (be sure it is not too cold in your room however, if it is get naked under the covers and feel the cover touching you). Take a moment or so to appreciate it (this might all seem kinda lame, but it really does works). Also take a note of your breathing, and try to take note of it during the session as much as you can and correct it so that you are mostly breathing with your lower body and less your upper body. Also take your time and consciously relax every part of your body one part at a time, also try to notice which part tenses as you edge the most and make conscious effort to relax it (putting a big note that says BREATHE AND RELAX somewhere where you can see it during edging is a good idea.

    Now slowly start touching your body with one hand, focus on both your hand touching your body and your body feeling the hand, then slowly more the hand over your body. There is mostly nothing sexual about this it is more about your tuning your feelings of both touching or being touched (while it is not same as being touched by another it is close as needed for now). Then do that with your other hand. Try to feel different parts of your body just to see how will they react (nipples for example, the small of your back, neck etc). This will take about 2-5 minutes but if you like it feel free to make it longer. If you what to take it higher you can also apply your lubricant to your body and feel it that way, you will feel more but it tends to be too messy and that puts some people off.

    Now turn your attention to your pelvic area and slowly touch around it and feel (if you can try and get your penis erect just by imagination), now slowly move to the penis and start gently stroking it. It is very important not to rush it nor to masturbate it while flaccid, just caressing and stroking is well enough, do not use the lube for now.

    Once it is fully erected with your other hand while edging do the same touching of your body and notice mentally how your body reacts (what you are looking here also is the area that tense more when you edge, so that you can know which area they are and work on relaxing them), try and keep the attention to the hand that is touching your body and the place your body is touched and not the hand that slowly edges. In each stage of the edging you should try and touch your body from time to time to see how it responds, try also to thrust with your hips and observe.

    Now you can increase the speed of edging and if needed apply little of lubricant but not to much, it is also important to be gradual with it. Don't edge to fast, moderate speed is fine. Grip should not be too tight, but should also not be far too light.

    As you feel the fist signs of arousal and pleasure keep at it for a while (from just a few strokes to a minute or so depending on your stamina) and then change either the hand or the body position or both, take notice of how that affects you.

    If you sense that your arousal is getting out of hand slow down or even stop for a little while. (10 seconds or so). Open your eyes and try not to get to much lost into sensations, but try to observe them more. Juggle between the pleasure and observing as you see fit.

    If you did this right you should last a decent time (10-15 minutes is very very decent, but even lower is no problem, and higher but not too high is welcome but make it 30 minutes tops) as you start to feel PONR coming gradually slow down and ease into stopping and just lay down and feel what is happening for a minute or so, appreciate the moment so to speak. If you feel daze-like it is good, slowly get up get dressed and go on with your day, the feeling should linger from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on how good you did it. I you did it right you should not feel pissed of or bad that you stopped as much as that you want more, that is the feeling you should aim for and in the end accept and get used to (so that you can in the end eventually master it fully).
    However, instead of the last paragraph where you stop and don't ejaculate your should go ahead and ejaculate. Text is from this topic.

    If you didn't bother to read the quoted text, the idea is when masturbating once a week to try and take it a s slow and as sensual as you can, to teach the body not to rush to PONR. Of course the "no porn" rule is still in effect.

    Thanks buttersketch and minuteman.
    I do like though the 90 day abstinence idea along with Minuteman's routine. It involves self control and I think that's very important when it comes to solving the issue. 90 days without ejaculation is hard to achieve (specially in summer at the beach where I am now) but totally reachable even without wetdreams. After that and before having sex I would try that new way of masturbation with the brain and dick somewhat resetted and the pelvic floor on its way to balance.

    I started 5 days ago and will let you know what the results are.

    Buttersketch..did you take any supplements while not edging for 90 days such a multi-vitamin or any herbs? I know exercises from research is known to help raise levels of serotonin that is heard to help treat premature ejaculation.

    At the period I did not take any supplements, however, while training I usually do take Miltu-Vitamins and fish oil and I highly recommend them during the three month period along with the exercises.

    was your dick hella sensitive? thats part of my problem. if i masturbate with a tight grip i involuntary kegal a lot. i think im going to try ur whole routine. all your problems sound very similar to me. i got out of a relationship a couple months ago so this is a good time for me to do this. just curious about the sensitivity?

    It was extremely sensitive. I couldn't edge for longer then 2 minutes with a death grip (if not less). I once ejaculated by the mere stimulation from a girl who was playing with my penis (you can imagine the weird face I had while my cum started shooting on her hand 20 seconds after she touched my penis, I was like, Fuck Lol).

    I think most people with hard case premature ejaculation believe they have sensitive dicks. My penis was sensitive because I used to Jack off using a tissue with a very VERY light grip! What the fuck did I expect. I am definitely telling my kids to take their time with their dicks while masturbating and to use a good strong grip! I wish someone told me so while I was growing up, I sure am passing this knowledge.

    Thanks for the reply sketch. I will try working out at least 3 days a week for 20 minutes every other day. I trying to combat this issue for good. No wonder my ex broke up with me again but its cool lol

    haha for sure. well im doing this program now. been 6 days or so with nothing at all. so once you completed 3 months and balancing your pelvic, you dick was not super sensitive anymore? everything you explained about your past is basically where i am at. i always had s hella sensitive dick, but not pe. the last year or so of my relationship was high stress so i think thats what caused it. but i have been out of the relationship a for 3 months now and it hasnt changed. so im thinking just taking a break from everything and not beating myself up over it will help, i hope

    i have not done anything for 10 days strong. it is def tough since i have always had a very high sex drive haha. i have never had trouble getting it up and have always had very hard erections. i def have hard ons more often when i wake up at night. almost everytime i wake up haha.

    I read that after 7 days without ejac, your testosterone levels increase by about 150% maybe this will help. in something.
    i think i am gonna do this routine with more working out and good healthy stuff.
