how you desentize your dick?? i think it's more about physical/psycological response when your dick is touched or you are aroused.
if masturbation will make you less sensitive, now i would have suffered from DE not PE.
though since i give up porn i last much less during edging.
i used to edge without porn for how long as i wanted.

Personally, I definitely think Porn/Masturbation (The way you masturbate not the actual act) cause PE, especially Porn. Just like many people go 90 days with Porn, Masturbation and Orgasm to cure their ED in which they reboot and restart their libido, the same occurs with PE. Where 90 days with these activities gives the mind a rest and help reset it.
Here is a very insight look, where many people have actually cured their PE through abstinence. Surprising isn't it.

Hi Buttersketch,
First of all thank you for sharing your experience and putting this post together, I have found it very interesting to read and has given me some good insight into PE.
I have suffered from PE for a long time now and pretty fed up with it. Usually I only last between 30secs to 1 minute. This is not even when having penetration sex; sometimes a girl just touching it makes me cum which it can be pretty embarrassing!!! I tried ByggD's Guide to Controlling Your Ejaculation Response but sadly did not get the results that I was hoping for. I am sure for others it has worked very well, but for me it just didn’t.
I am now considering following your 90 day programme starting this Monday coming. I do believe that re-programming my brain could be the best way to go about it. I am sure it is not going to be easy but will give it a 100%.
Couple of questions that hopefully you can help me answer:
1. How easy/hard is to follow the Pelvic floor exercises? I’m not sure how to do a lot of these exercises and would not want to do this wrong!
2. How do these exercises help with increase penis size?
3. What’s the best way to get into meditation? This is something thought about doing in the past but never actually done
I’m really looking forward to starting this, hopefully I will be able to get rid of my PE and enjoy the benefits of it.

Unfortunately I only get serious and motivated about this when I have sex, and that usually happens when I have a gf. Fooled around a bit last night, like OP i can barely last 30 seconds. The girl said she is willing to work with me but it just feels horrible knowing you won't be able to satisfy them for a while. With that said I am stopping porn for good and hitting my exercises. Sorry guys I guess I just needed to rant a little bit cause it bothers me a lot.

1. Regarding the DO GUIDE Routine, my advice is to not over think it. Meaning, just do what you have to do when you have to do it, do not go off and overwhelm yourself with the program by reading / skimming through it. Rather, treat it as a step by step guide, where your focus is on the current level and not on the ones after it. leave each level for when its time comes, and you will progress effectively in it, this is an eastern philosophy that states that you should focus on what you have to do NOW, and do that.
This translates into other areas of your life such as going to the gym, when I want to go to the gym I do not overwhelm myself with how long it is going to take me to get fit, or how much work I need to put to get jacked.
I small chunk the process into smaller and dumber ones. What I would do is only think about the NOW tasks, 1. Wear your gym cloth, 2) put shoes on 3) walk to car, 4) drive car 5) Enjoy gyming and with time, this cycle builds your body without overwhelming you about the future. You catch the drift. SO focus on the level, give it the most you can, and when you get to the upcoming levels you will find yourself perfectly in tune.
2) My flaccid size and erect size are noticeably bigger now, I have to say that I have edged for 6 months prior to this routine and I believe that edging played a crucial role in growing my penis. I do not know if kegel helped or not, but it sure has many benefits:

3. I would recommend you mediatate daily / every other day for 15 - 20 miuntes. I like to do 20, but sometimes I do not have enough time to do that so I would settle for 15. The way you should is by setting an alarm clock for 15-20 minutes and let your self be present for that much time. I used three sources, and here they are in random order:

Thank you for your response Buttersketch.
I will follow Minuteman's Dry Orgasm Guide and take it day by day as you say. I was a little worried after reading all of it and got confused but as you say I will not over think this! I understand what you mean about a gym routine, I usually exercise between 4/5 times a week and I for what I want to achieve I have taking small steps along the way so will apply this to your guide.
I did some edging before and did notice a small increase in size but once I saw no results regarding my PE from the other guide I was following I stopped.
Thank you for the videos for meditation, I have a better idea now of how to do it and will start meditating every day.
Hopefully after the next 90 days I will be in a happier place and will not have PE any more.

I think buttersketch program is probable one of the best I have read. Staying away from all stimulation for 90 days for people with bad PE is a must as it rewires your brain from old habits. THIS IS NEEDED.
Don’t ever watch porn or masturbate again sounds extreme but that what has been working for me, it’s an addiction stop it; porn will ruin your life. Have real life experiences not ones from behind a screen. You can get to know your body without masturbation.
I remember before I stared porn and masturbation I was able to have sex to the point where woman would say please cum, when I cum I still had a rock hard erection and could go on. I was confident and happy. But due to my ex-wife’s habit’s she being more interested in silly reality TV that making love, I turned to porn and masturbation and that change my performance I went from being confident to once I enter her wanted to come within 5 minutes.
After doing significant reading I realize my experience was so similar to others. I let porn and masturbation damage my brain so by the time I was ready for sex I was so jacked and aroused it would pop quickly.
SO 90 days or more no porn block it(Don’t ever watch porn again) no masturbation let your body and mind remember what it was like before porn and masturbation was there. You will feel so good after. I am a month in and i feel so different. I get rock hard erections just walking around it’s like It wants to break my pants off. I remember I use to get those before porn and masturbation.
Also follow the MM’s Kegal routine and like buttersketch do some exercises this won’t fix itself you have to make the decision to change your life style for the better.
If you have a bad day just forget it and move it happens don’t beat yourself up.
This is working for me but may not work for you but one thing that will work for all is cutting out porn permanently and masturbation to porn.
