    Hi buttersketch , my problem is mental, when i masturbate with lube i can last 10m, when I'm with a girl i ejaculate just for touch the penis in her skin, even not a penetration, I'm thinking in do 90 reboot, but i read cases that some people had no success after 100 or more days and I'm hesitating.. do you know more people with pe that have improvements after reboot? and about your libido you noted changes?

    Lets wait for 30 days or so and see any results on here. I think some people are doing the routine and are 8 weeks in or something. Lets wait for their feedback on this.

    Okay gents, so I am trying this program. My PE was getting really, really bad towards the end of my relationship with my wife. I know that my PE was due to stress of the marriage, lack of fulfilling sex life, over sensitivity, reliance on porn and quick masturbation due to a terrible sex life and imbalance in PF. My assumption is that most of my problem is gone, as I have totally reprogrammed my brain and thoughts to be more confident and more motivated than ever. Life has become amazing in the short time now that I am single and am not dealing with the stress.

    I have abstained for around 50 days now and yesterday I felt some pain and discomfort in my testicles. Tonight it's pretty uncomfortable. I have had no wet dreams, and am wondering if at this point it is detrimental to my health to hold out on releasing my build up any longer.

    Someone please advise.
    I don't want to ruin 50 days of no porn or masturbation or stimulation of any kind, but this kind of sucks a lot and I certainly don't want to damage my reproductive/urinary system any more than it has been damaged in the past with kidney stone issues.

    So I've stopped watching any porn and haven't masturbated in the last few weeks. Starting to go on the 90 transformation had sex with my girlfriend a few weeks ago and even though I went 2 weeks without anything and starting to do some exercises, it seems like my PE has gotten worse and I'm coming before I even get inside her. Just thinking about sex and being with her is getting me going enough mentally that I can't contain myself. I love touching her body and that really gets me going. Maybe I'm starting to reboot and my mind is just over working and subconsciously I can't control anything. How do I get myself to not be so anxious and excited all the time just being around her body?

    Puckfan041 I'm a 11 days in, not masturbated or watched porn either. Had sex with the wife last night and lasted 60 sec if that, (when I used to last 5-10). I also get over excited just like you describe.

    Has anyone else had this, is it normal?

    i put it down to not having sex or masturbating for 10 days. Hopefully I'll get sex tomorrow to see if its a one off.

    Long time reader of this site, only just now decided I need to start contributing and asking questions. Ive done a lot of varying k/rk routines over the last year with little results possibly due to a lack of commitment on my part. Decided I needed a reset so I started this routine and have actually been enjoying not edging and worrying about PE as frequently as I used to. I am 2 months and 5 days into and am up to Level 1.2 (been taking it very slowly) in the exercise routine but have come to a bit of a dilemma that I was hoping someone could give me some advice on. Although Ive kind have been avoiding seeing this one girl who is keen on me, she'll be staying at my house this weekend and Im thinking I would rather not continue to ignore her and am just going to let whatever happens, happen. So I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to what I should do in the next few days to prepare a bit more.. Start edging again for as long as possible ? After 2 months would my brain be at all reconditioned? Obviously I will continue with the exercise as I plan to finish them within the next couple of months. Any advice would be helpful thanks.

    Okay so I wrote that last night and forgot to post it before I went out with a few friends. Long story short, the same girl ended up back at my place and we started to fool around, she was on her period so we only just made out quite intensely which was nice because its been quite a while due to this routine. However I woke up this morning with quite severe swelling and tenderness in my balls which has got me worried. I dont know if its just a severe case of blue balls or something more sinister but Id just like to ask if anyone else has ever had this and should I be worried? Maybe its a bit of a build up (haven't had a wet dream in about a week) and so maybe I should edge + cum today to see if that relieves it?

    Any update from you guys. Im 26 days or 27 of no pmo. I randomly got semi erection.
    The weird thing is there are slight involuntary kegel.
