    Hey guys, so last weekend, as usual, me and my gf had sex and for the first time I felt better!
    Usually I last around 10-20 seconds but I lasted for a minute or two. Still got some working out to do but still, it is a big change for me.
    See it like this.
    Two weekends ago, I managed to last 10-20 seconds. Last weekend I lasted 1-2 minutes! And Ive been working my PC muscles with some kegels and rks for only a week straight. I dont want to get my hopes up but I hope that this is really what helped.

    Anyway, I also think that the fact that I stopped watching porn, helped me a bit. I dont know.

    Now, I need help with edging:
    I don't watch porn anymore. So Im know even masturebating. I wanted to ask if I should edge and if I should, please answer the following:
    1. Edge to what? porn? pictures? imagination?
    2. How long?
    3. I read that I should do the Stop/Start method... My biggest question about edging is: Do I need to ejaculate? Or should I simply stop edging after 20-30 minutes of work?

    Nice to know that kegel and rk is working for you. I have been doing rk only routine for so many months without any significant pogress. Just few days earlier started regular kegel routine and now I feel much better during edging sessions. My first PONR comes several minutes later which used to come after a minute or so. I think regular kegel is most essential but most of us either miss it or don't work hard with this.

    Purpose of edging is to stablize the arousal and get used to the different levels of sensations. When you use porn or pictures etc., you directly put yourself to higher levels of arousal, completely missing the plateu phase. Plateu is the lower arousal phase, permature ejaculators completely miss this phase wherease those who last long have a stabalized and long plateu phase.

    Edging is required to extend the plateu phase, this is where you can extend your time. So keep your arousal level between 1 to 7 while edging. When the arousal goes high, just bring it down by simply stopping stimulating or with kegel or rk etc., and then start again. Repeat this several times and your body will start learning to keep arousal at that level. In other words, you will be extending your plateu phase ...

    1. Edge without porn and edge slowly as you can.
    2. You can set target of your time starting from 20 minutes or so. Increase it gradually to one hour or so.
    3. Don't ejaculate after every session. Ejaculate every 3rd day or so. When you don't ejaculate, your arousal will be much higher the next day and you will need more breaks to bring it down. So more opportunity to start/stop and resist the higher arousal. Also increase your edging time gradually.
