Hi,
what is your death grip edging session? Do you recommend using that grip in MM 3day routine?

hey james i read all your posts with interest... because i have a similar background to you. i could fuck my ex fine but we broke up and i spent a year wanking to porn and then i got a fuck buddy who i didnt care about pleasing so slowly i got worse and worse... now i'm lasting between 30 seconds to 10 minutes.. not very consistent..
anyway i'm following what you did basically because i think if we have the same cause then we should have the same solution. no porn, no masturbating, only edging with tight grip, stimulating my glans to desenitise again... and i have new a girl who is caring and willing to "train" me.
just wondering.. when you do a reverse kegel do you find it hard to breath? i have been doing them for 2 weeks.. maybe another 2 months and i will be able to do them without difficulty breathing?

I know it can be difficult to do this while breathing thats why you need to take 1 deep breath in and 1 big exhale in motion with your RKs
Take 1 deep breath in before the RK, and then a big exhale as you push out. Dont push too hard and try not to do a very long push as I have read many places that you can cause injury this way. A simple 1-2 second push is more then enough and you will find it is just enough to make a quick exhale, and repeat the process. I somes do quick RKs but you fatigue quickly. So Id say do about 10-15 rep Kegels with 2 second pushes with 1 second or 2 between the reps, OR quick RKs one after the other with about 10-15 max reps
I pretty much do 4 sets of 20 reps before bed and thats it for now. I may increase the frequency in a weeks time to do this twice a day but its always better to start off slow so you build strength evenly and you dont injure yourself. Its like weight lifting. If you havent been in the gym in a long time or ever for that matter, its best to start off light or just lower reps with a medium weight until your muscles get used to the load. After that, go crazy and start increasing the intensity. Just remember RKs arent really muscle building excersizes, they are stretching ones so you dont want to pull anything. Whether its muscle building or stretching, the same applies.
And remember, breathing while having sex, to me, is THE MOST important thing and best method to last longer. If you learn alone just to breathe properly you will last so much longer then sex. That is my biggest problem. Theres times I would get so overwhelmed and literally didnt breathe period. Its like I was nervous and holding it in and I would exploded very quickly. I noticed from even masturbating where I felt I was ready to be set off, I didnt even have to stop stroking, all I had to do was take a deep breathe and I would literally feel the urge to ejaculate fade away buying me more time. And I did this every time. Before this I just made sure I used regular breathing so I wouldnt get to that point and now I can masturbate as long as I want and ejaculate on demand. My only obstacle I need to overcome now is doing this watching porn. And it is ridiculously hard. Serious edging required for that lol. If I do choose to edge to porn, I will do it as a means of measuring my progress, not as a means of training or getting myself off. Hi guys. First I wanna tell u all that I have done EVERYTHING in the past. All the exercises and tricks and gimmicks and it all helped but I didn't see REAL SEX results till I had a constant sex partner that was patient helpful caring and loving. We slowly got used to all positions and all the most arousing positions like doggy-style until I could fuck her total porno style. Not only that, I didn't last longer until I started jelqing and using the dry deathgrip. right now I kinda edge with it to porn, but I def don't suggest anyone with prem ejac to EVER edge to porn. BAD NEWS. Also, I believe in strong crazy and tough training in EVERYTHING YOU DO, including all exercises AND REVERSE KEGELS. The fact is that there ARE muscles around the area that causes the reverse kegel. This had already been talked about. It is how ive gotten extremely good at rev kegels. But I'm not gonna get into that anymore. I also suggest for all people with premium ejac to STOP regular kegels COMPLETELY until you see results in bed. I have a theory that what causes hypersensitivity and involuntary regular kegels is touching your penis too lightly and sensually and using loose grips.
That is why most people that have Delayed Ejaculation or last long in bed have used a tight grip without lube and they stroke fast also.
It's proven by doctors. I'm not making this shit up. Use lube sometimes too If you want, but the idea is to train your penis the right and tough way for a tough battle. I also have recently found my sweet/sensitive spot and I rub and stroke that without lube to make my skin there a little bit tougher or desensitized with microscopic tears and rebuilding of the skin. Mind you, I've always had amazing erections, so it doesn't worry me to go overboard. Plus, just ask Pegasus.... Delayed ejac can be reversed when needed.

Do long holds and short bursts every other day. Just take it easy and build it up. You will soon be able to breath normal, talk and sing the national anthem when holding a long hard reverse kegel.
This is Ofcouse as a separate exercise outside of sex. NEVER do long rev or reg kegels during thrusting during sex, unless you are going for MMO/DO. It inflates the head of the penis and makes it too sensitive. I use a long hard REVERSE kegel during sex to stop ejac dead in its tracks every time, but I stop thrusting and/or exit vagina.

Also... Because i have a strong rev kegel ability and my pelv floor balance is heavy on the rev kegel side, I am able and now automatically able to hold a light rev kegel during sex. This keeps you "relaxed" and away form the reg kegel side/tension, which causes prem ejac. STOP doing regular kegels guys!!! Only do them if you are having erection problems. If you wanna do them for MMO/DO.... Be my guest, but I think you're asking for trouble.

Great sex again tonight and I didn't mast and ejac before the sex. Lasted as long as I wanted. Had to reg kegel hard during doggy and use dirty talk with her to ejac. Almost couldn't ejac.

Yes. Everyone will tell you it's not a muscle, but the fact is there are many muscles around and behind it that contribute to it. Just like how I got very good at reg kegels, you have to do the same with rev kegels. At one point I could hold a reg kegel for 8 minutes.
What I did was that I started pushing out really hard and holding it longer and longer each time. Do RevK every other day. I suggest to completely stop reg kegels. At first don't sit down while doing them. Stand up straight or lay completely flat on your bed. Later u can add resistance by sitting on a chair. be carefully and take it easy at first. Don't push hard right away.
Increase the long holds by 10,20 or 30 seconds each workout day. at the end of each session when your exhausted, do short hard bursts to finish off until u can't do any anymore. The main secret: forget the isolation thing people talk about. Use your ABS and all other muscles when u push. Those are stabilizer muscles that will help the rev kegel. Do AB exercises if necessary. Bit most of all, be careful and GIVE IT TIME!!!!!

My rev K muscles are so good now that I can stop any ejac with a rev k.
