So,
Everyday I've been working on my reverse kegels to balance my pelvic floor and cure Pre E.
However, I'vs noticed when I try to RK or do a really hard RK, I notice involuntary kegels.
Idk if that is just a sign of how unbalanced I am. My kegels far out strengthening my RKs. Or am I not doing an RK correctly.
Another note i I find it hard to RK with out my core flexing. Is that normal? To flex your stomach/abs to perform an RK?
Cheers!
