My apologies for asking these simple questions, but is there a beginners routine for someone with pe, there so is much information that can sometimes contradict itself in which can be sometimes overwhelming for someone new to this. If someone could point me in the right direction for a good starting point I would appreciate it immensely. Finally can a pre- e routine be done alongside pe routine. thanks

few observations, is the very first week 0.1 sublevel only meant to take around 40 secs, just seemed a bit short to me.Also is it a clear sign im kegeling wrong when i can hold in for as long as a i want, I feel I'm anus clenching as well when im kegeling which is wrong, how do i target the area behind the scrotum on its own. thanks

Levels aren't ment to take a certain number of seconds, since everybody has a way and timing of doing it, also if you notice a sublevel 0.5 has all the previous sublevel of level 1 within it, and in future when the exercises become tougher (but never too tough) it will all pile up nicely.
Holding a kegel for as long as you want isn't any specific feat, even though people seem to think it is. Having a consistent well isolated, higher (but not too high) strength kegel hold is a specific feat. The problem is that most people measure form their point of view and are sometimes even not aware just how hard can that muscle clench, and how much can they imporve on their kegel quality.
You will learn to isolate by practice, level 0 exercises are also aimed at that. Also total isolation is a high-level feat so to speak that form most people who do the pelvic floor exercises for the sake of strengthening and balancing the pelvic floor aren't in that much need of. Those feats are more needed for people who are attempting a MMO or fine fine tuning the sensations near the ponr etc.
