Hey I'm just starting this PREME training. I read through a lot of articles on this site and I am learning a lot. So I want to dissolve my premature ejaculations completely. So to prevent it, at first I read doing kegels on other sites was the proper way of doing it by strengthening your front PC to hold back the PONR or produce a dry orgasm. But this site is telling me that doing RK's are way better by not letting the PC stimulate the prostate. So I am now starting my RK's and I want to do them properly and honestly I don't know if I am so i'm just wondering if there are any pointers, articles you guys can show me so I can learn.

Just start pushing your pelvic floor downward, frontward or backward. Initially you will find it difficult but within few days or weeks you will be able to isolate them easily.

Here is a good thread on reverse kegels:

I find it easy to do rk with deep breathing:

You have to do both kegels and reverse kegels, strength is as important as control.
