    Yes,thank u. I always do that cause I know that important when I read your thread Revert kegel 2.0 before . And for be sure when you said before " able to clenching without engage your abs" this mean it's doesn't move at all, right?

    There will always be some slight movement but it will not impede your progress.

    I think I should bring to attention that the article on PEGYM that contains the kegel master list is somewhat outdated and less detailed the one here.

    The reason for this is because I tend to update all of my topics so the article format more often than not does not suit me as much, and because all of my topics are work in progress rather than a finalized version, because as I learn new aspects of both my body and premature ejaculation in general I tend to update and remove the parts where I was for example simply wrong or have learned something that points up to why should a certain thing be avoided.

    For example in both the older version of the kegel master list and in the article (written by imac) there is a type of kegel exercise called Power Kegel. While I was compiling the list of all the kegel exercises I have just decided to list all that I know regardless of their actual usability, as the time passed and I learned and got more experience in pelvic floor exercise I decided to update the list featuring distinct and useful rather than just all (and potentially harmful) exercises.

    So I have excluded Power Kegel exercise from the list because I think that it is potentially harmful for a person that is unconditioned and that there are better ways of actually strengthening the muscle. This exercise is especially harmful when done erect and the result of something like this can be seen here.

    While the mentioned post is not representative and has many other circumstances involved it shows how harmful can it be. Also to clarify, I have excluded Power Kegel exercise before this has occurred, and I also think that there is no relation either way.

    As this is all work in progress expect that this and all of my topics will be updated and when regarding to both my and anyone's guides always use caution and do not follow blindly, question the reasoning of the author and ask. The asking part is the reason I find that forum (especially this one) is the best format for guides such as this, since trough your questions, feedback and experiences I re-evaluate the state of the guides and (when I have the time) update them accordingly.

    I'm having trouble doing the reverse kegels because I'm not sure which muscles to flex to do them. As I mentioned before, maybe on another thread, I don't seem to be able to do the movement of flexing to force out urine. I noticed that problem several years ago. Either I have a weak, atrophied muscle or nerve problems. I've had a lot of musculoskeletal problems in my pelvic region so it could be either.
    Do you know which muscles by name one uses to force out urine? I've tried researching it but it's a tough thing to research. All I can find is info on the detrusor muscle which is a smooth muscle that can't be exercised.

    Reverse kegel is same muscles as the kegel, bc and pc but it's a push / stretch whereas kegel is a pull / clench.

    I have been doing a RK weighted kegel routine recently- 15 minutes RK/ 5 minutes K as I have always had pretty bad Prem E problems, I am definitely noticing i'm getting better. but just wanted to know from some of the people who had really bad Prem E and were able to overcome it with RK/K, edging and whatever else (??). what routine were/are you up to at this point to be in full control? Is my 20 mins a day sufficient if I keep it up or will I need to be doing upwards of an hour or more a day to fully reverse the effects?

    What kegel routine / exercise should I pick for a 100% erection ? I have 90% erection in some positions,

    That depends on what you need in your particular case to get a pelvic floor that is strong and limber.
