I'm a 22 year old male. I am physically fit and healthy. I've been masturbating when I was 13, I used to rush up until I was 17 and realized that when I rush, I am only going to give myself faster ejaculations so I slowed down. Now when I masturbate my PC muscle just starts to spasm and kegel on it's own. I have no control over it. I have really strong PC muscle. I read a few articles on this website already about doing reverse kegels, It has been about 2 and a half weeks and I am not seeing any results. My PC muscle is still kegeling when I masturbate. I am extremely frustrated. When I had sex with my gf, she put the condom on the head of my penis and put it on with her mouth, 3 seconds later I started to involuntarily kegel then I cummed. This is extremely embarrassing. It makes me feel less of a man and it's causing me depression. I try to avoid sex because of this embarrassment.
How do you know if you are doing a proper reverse kegel? (BE SPECIFIC AND IF YOU USE TERMINOLOGY please explain what the term means)

To determine how to do a front RK(reverse kegel), it's that push that you do in order to pass urine, or make your urine stream more bold while your passing urine.
To determine how to do a back RK, it's that push that you do to release a fart, or even more detailed, to have a bowl movement.
I isolated my front and back RK's with practice, and now I just stick with front RK's, instead of back RK's.

Reverse Kegal Breathing is an easy way do reverse kegals. You can do these a lot during the day and eventually this should become your second nature.

To get rid of involuntary spasms, you need to counter these with a competing reverse kegal while edging. Start doing a couple of reverse kegals after each stroke or when you anticipate an involuntary kegal. Some people hold a voluntary kegal when they feel an involuntary kegal is coming. For me using a reverse kegal is easy and it also lowers the arousal a bit. Using this technique, you will prolong the edging sessions the way you want and eventually your involuntary spasms will stop.
