    Hey guys i've been trying to overcome my premature ejac for a couple of months now and just recently made an account and have been trying to ask questions to better myself.

    So i've been practicing with reverse kegeling using a few different peoples excercises and i figured to stick to a 100% RK exercise and byggs guide.

    I've been following byggs guide for controlling arousal and am trying to include ballooning but i just don't understand what to do:
    Am i suppose to just rub the head of my dick with one hand until i become very aroused? Do i hold my dick with my other hand? Where else do i want to rub? Under my peehole?

    Also im willing to try anything and have been reading about the death grip and was wondering what the most effective methods where and how to apply them --from what i read a its essentially just edging with a tighter grip that i should use without lube.

    Any other ideas or advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated trying to overcome this problem. Thanks guys.

    The space underneath the tip of your penis is known as the frenulum. It is one of the more sensitive parts of your penis and lots of men derive the most pleasure from its stimulation. Ballooning entails maintaining an erection above that of an 8 without crossing the point of no return. Techniques vary from person to person, just do whatever is most comfortable for you.

      You have to experiment. Yes, as long as you just make a tighter grip around the shaft and a little bit looser when your stroke goes up to your head/sensitive spots, that should be good enough. Yes, I believe doing these things dry causes the best results. People's sensitivity is different. You have to find what spots give you the involuntary level spasms and hyper sensitivity. For instance, for me it's at the top of my penis head. I don't feel ANYTHING at the underside or frenulum.
      Ballooning is different from edging/death grip. Ballooning is just rubbing one spot with only your thumb in circles or back and forth. I mix the two. I death grip edge/stroke while my thumb rubs/balloons the top of my head where my sweet spot is.
      Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
      Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
      I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

        so while either edge, use death grip, or balloon what once a day? and gradually try to add time to each session?

        and regarding the workouts should i only be doing reverse kegels and then over enough time i should be able to overcome my prem ejac?

        I've stopped watching porn almost completely and limit myself to ejaculate for whenever i mess up edging and wet dreams or with a women (but recently actually lost touch with almost every woman i was intimiate with in my life, but that storys for a different time).

          Every day or every other day. Yes try rev keg only. They won't fix u alone.... Getting used to real sex also will cure you. Not just exercises and edging. U need sex often with a caring woman.

              so hey guys i've recently came to a bit of a set back and was looking for some support/advice, so:

              yesterday i tried the dry death grip and believe to have had a nice session, lasting about 7-10 minutes and nearing the PONR twice with no ejaculation --i figured great right. I followed that last night by a quick reverse kegel routine which consists of a few sets of 10 short bursts flexes followed by a few 1 minute holds.

              so today i tried regular edging following byggs guide and lasted around 3 minutes just not being able to get off that nearing PONR and ended up ejaculating and am kind of beating myself up for it. I recognized that my dick sort of pulsates (which i believe to be short quick kegels) when i'm fairly horny and don't really understand how to avoid them besides waiting them out, which i did but i guess nearing the end of my session didn't give my dick enough of a break before continuing. I tried some deep breathing and figured reverse kegeling may help a bit but they didn't really at all and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. I have previously been able to have around optimally a 15 minute session edging using byggs guide but i guess it just didn't work out this time and sort of believe that its slightly from some build up sexual tension in my body needing some release...

              sooo any advice anybody? thanks. i plan on doing my reverse kegel routine before i go to bed.

                oh and by the way it wasn't like a full orgasm, i just neared it and kind of had a partial ejaculation without much of an actual orgasm at all --minimal amounts of actual pleasure and was wondering if thats good or bad or what regarding my orgasm count because i've been trying to minimize how often i orgasm in hopes of it helping my premature ejac, i think i read that somewhere aroud here

                  You're not giving it enough time at all. You wanted overnight success? You had tension build up from the last time you edged but didn't ejac.

                    sorry to bother but i kind of ran into another problem --i can hardly get erections anymore. It requires a ton of stimulation and a lot of time and then when i acquire them my arousal level is already fairly high and its hard to try to even edge.

                    im guessing i should add kegels to my routine?

                    i've been reverse kegeling for quite a qhile now, about 2-3 weeks

                      I guess your body is different from some people like mine. I always had great erections... Too much in fact.
                      Maybe reg kegels and a better diet? I don't know. Maybe ask Pegaus. Unfortunately, reg levels might make your prem ejac stay the same or worse. Make sure u still do your rev kegels too. Talk to someone about EQ without affecting your prem ejac problem.
