  • Something weird after i reach the PONR 3 times

    I noticed AFTER I reach the PONR 3 times and bring my arousel level down a little bit (usually stop for like 5 seconds) after that it takes ALOTTTTTT to get to the PONR the 4th time. like my arm starts to hurt yet i keep a pretty good erection. it takes a while of the fastest jerking off i can do to reach it the 4th time. (this is also while watching the most arousing porn in my eyes)...now to me this is a good thing im wondering if it would be like that with sex too after I reach the PONR a couple times?

    (All together I would say this is like a 20 min period... but I choose to come on the 4th PONR I can easily choose not to and just keep stimulation going)

      Nice! I've noticed that I'm making MUCH progress in a short amount of time. The only thing I've been actually doing is reverse kegels and honestly barely that, maybe 10min a day I just hold a reverse kegel as long as possible. Between breathing, and being aware like controlling my arousal level and holding a reverse kegel as much as possible, I am able to really be in control when I ejaculate. For the first time today I was actually aware of the moment right before I would naturally start uncontrollably kegeling and I pushed a reverse kegel and noticed that I stopped those uncontrollable kegels. That's a big step for me I've only been working on PE for 5 days now.

      I've been using the last video in Superman Stamina where there is like a 1-10 arousal meter on the side of the screen with a porn star just turning your on and verbally encouraging you to last longer. From day 1 until now I've made progress every day using that.

      Day 1 - I was trying very hard not to come throughout the video once the meter reaches 7-8 I was having trouble and had to stop a lot to not reach 9
      Day 2 - A little less stopping, but wasn't able to to come exactly when she would say to in the end.
      Day 3 - Less stopping, didn't come exactly when I was instructed to.
      Day 4 - Skipped and did reverse kegels
      Day 5 - This time I started using reverse kegels while masturbating and this time I was literally able to control everything perfectly. I was going fast when she was saying to go fast only had to stop 1 time for about 4 seconds and continued. Completely stopped the uncontrollable kegels by being aware and reverse kegeling. I felt very much in control and was literally able to come 3/4 seconds right after she said to "come all over her"

      This video helps a lot because it actually makes you work on your CONTROL and NOT just masturbating for a long time. I want to be able to come when I choose to and have all the control up until that point. I don't think masturbating for 1 hour will do anything better for you if your not working on your control and awareness. What I'm getting done in these 20 minutes every time is now starting to show me that it's not about HOW LONG you can go its about how good you can control it, the length of time will easily come with that. I could go much longer then that but like I said I loved the controlling and ejaculating on command.

          Tori Black... its really great honestly. It's helping me a lot. The meter helps me realize where I'm at exactly 1-10 and to learn how I feel on each level. Helps me control everything better.

                          If you are useing reverse kegel only be aware that prolonged use of rk only routines can cause eq issues etc. The solution to this is to start includeing kegels.
