    After i broke up withmy gf mainly because of poor sex life where i lasted 30 seconds
    i started taking action about this problem and cure it.
    since 8th of may i quit porn and masturbation and i plan to keep doing this for 90 days
    while this period of time, im doing reverse kegels, i dont have a routine i just do them everyday while im walking and doing stuff
    im still having trouble isolating the muscle that makes the pee go faster(the BC i think)
    is there anything else i can do to help me cure my pe?

    Hey RestRDogs man, you've been on the forum for a while haven't you?
    I remember posting answers to your questions in the past.

    To me it sounds like you're not focused and steady enough.
    What I mean is, I'm sure you got some pieces of advice here in the past and we can help you again if you need to, but you need to choose a training a stick with it for a while before expecting to see any valuable result.

    It sounds like you're emotionally stressed at the moment, while this is kicking your ass to take action which is great, you need to cool down, choose a routine and stick with it.

    To be honest I don't think it's a good idea to do RK anytime anywhere. I think you should do them mindfully about three times a week as part of a balanced routine (so basically not just RK but also kegels).

    Check minuteman's routines on the forum. He's great.

    But anyways, do also some arousal conditioning and arousal control exercises, basically check the sticky posts, choose a simple basic routine and stick with it.
    And if you have questions, ask.

    Relax, cool down, focus and work hard.

    Im totally relaxed but you were right about the fact that it makes me take action
    I only reverse kegel because of JamesMonoroe(if thats how you write his name), he said that was a big part of how he cured his PE
    and i remember before being aware of my condition, that i kegeled alot while masturbating so i believe that it is better for me not to kegel right now
    i also noticed a hugee improvement, i barley get a boner out of the blue, unlike the time before i started this challenge

    do you have any reverse kegel routine that you suggest ?

    I don't think having erections out of the blue is a problem. It has never been for me and there's nothing wrong with it.

    About the Reverse Kegels I'd suggest you to start small and to balance it with Kegels 50/50.
    I know most people on pegym say you should do more RK than K and I'm sure it works for most but I think suggesting 50/50 is the safest option.

    Don't overtrain, go slowly and mindfully.

    Ok so i read minuteman's 3day routine. Im kinda struggling to understand the concept of arousel, i guess because i never practiced it.
    my question is, can i use the death grip while im edging? should i scale my arousel level, although i dont quite understand it right now
    and can i reverse kegel to lower my need to ejaculate?

    U can always kegel later if u have to. If you don't try a rev kegel only routine now, you never will and you will never see if it works.
    In my opinion, you only need reg kegels for better EQ and more pre-cum and quicker ejaculations.
    Some people use them for DO/MMO, but that's not common.

    Maybe I read wrong but I thought I read that someone was suggesting for u to do regular kegels too and that you agreed.

    What exactly is not clear about arousal?

    It's not really something you need to think about too much. It's more something you need to learn how to feel. When you have an erection that means you are aroused so I'm sure you know how arousal feels like.

    To be honest, I'm not a big fan of death grip even though some members of this forum have used it successfully, like James for example.

    I think it's better if you use a moderate grip and go for a more traditional kind of training (arousal control and conditioning) plus pelvic floor routines.
    In order to lower your need to ejaculate you'd better learn how to relax your pelvic floor. I found it to be the best/easiest way to go.

    Take a simple and complete kegel routine, practice the exercises with calm and focusing on increasing your awareness of the muscles involved so that you can develop control over them.

    Once you can control them, try to keep them relaxed at will.

    Go one step at a time.
