First of all, hi everyone, that's my first post (just took a bit of courage to talk about this, even online!) !
So I'm 21 and have had this premature ejaculation for the better part of the last 6 years (actually it kind of happened when I started worrying about it).
I've read things here and there about this problem and I think I actually managed to pinpoint my problem a few days ago,
So I've always been easily aroused (like, really easily, my current girlfriend is always amazed at the fact that I'm pretty much hard in no time and because of a simple... kiss).
Thing is, my erections are pretty damn hard too and for example I can't do the towel raise exercises at 100% cause it's already standing up ! (not that I do these exercises, but I did a bit of show off to my girlfriend at 60%).
So I've thought that this was because my kegels might be too strong ?
For instance, I've realised over the past few years that when I masturbate, I kind of have 'two modes'. Normal relax mode and 'cum mode' (as I put it to my gf).
I remember relying on the 'cum mode', which I think is my kegels quite contracted (I can feel it by touching and my penis becomes even harder) to masterbait faster as a youngling, and I guess it stayed like that in my mind.
Now the problem is, it's quite hard to remind in relax mode during sex, except perhaps with the reverse cowgirl position, and doggy style sometimes.
So I think I should probably do reverse kegels, shouldn't I ?
What do you think, and what other excersises can you think of ?
Thank you for reading !

Your Pelvic Floor is unbalanced.
Stick to Reverse Kegels for awhile to get it balanced in order to knock off that Involuntary Kegel Contraction.

Hi, thanks for welcoming me !
Yeah, that's the problem about reverse kegel, I'm not quite sure, I've read about doing the motion for farting kind of, but I can't really feel anything, contrary to the regular kegel where I can clearly feel something contracting downstairs.
Thanks for your answer!

I like to do Front Reverse Kegels instead of Rear Reverse Kegels..
Front RK is the push that you do in order to make your urine stream more bold while passing urine.
Rear RK is the push that you do in order to fart or have a bowel movement.

Ok, yeah I can feel that when I'm peeing, but I don't know whether I can do that without actually peeing.
I'm already having enough trouble starting to pee sometimes, for example in a pub, after beeing quite full, bladder about to explode, it sometimes (quite often) takes me a bit of time to get the river flowing... Do you have any idea what causes that ? Is that somewhat related to my PC muscles being unbalanced ? I've always thought so, I mean, I've got a bed-plumbing problem, why not a plumbing-plumbing problem as well ?

yes that is definitely because you're unbalanced. If the alcohol doesn't help you relax your PC enough to pee easily, then you really need to start focusing your attention on this. In addition to reading all the links about RKs I recommend that you start slow.
When peeing your kegel cuts off the flow, relaxing your PC allows the flow to start, and RK pushes the pee out. Knowing this I recommend you practice relaxing the PC. Inhaling slowly by expanding your abdomen and you should feel the PC relax a little. Keep practicing this throughout the day until you can definitely feel the PC relax slightly when you breath. This will also help you start the flow when you pee.
While you pee you should try to push it out faster. This is aided by doing the valsalva maneuver, where you inhale, then hold your breath whilst trying to push it out with your abdomen. The increased pressure should cause you to pee more forcefully. You should work to control your RK sufficiently to pulse the intensity of your pee, i.e. flow-push-flow-push, etc. This will help you identify and control the muscles required to perform repetitions of RK.
Eventually you'll be able to control the muscles without peeing. By then you should have developed sufficient body awareness to perform rear RKs.

Hey Earlthegrey, I also suffered from PE. The most important thing is to create a balanced pelvic floor muscles and reduce the contraction of the muscles.
Start with Reverse Kegel-only routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html). Every other day perform a routine of strong Reverse Kegels. And everyday try to hold a "semi-Reverse Kegel" whenever you can remember, such as driving, walking, groceries, etc.
At first it will be hard to isolate the pelvic floor muscles but keep trying, and you will get it. It's like learning how to ride a bicycle or snapping fingers - you just have to keep trying.
Then slowly incorporate regular Kegels and Edging(without porn) to create a strong pelvic floor muscles.
Breathing and relaxing is as important as the above(https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html). Always try to concentrate on breathing, not ejaculating.
Tennis Ball Stretch(https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...-needs-do.html) also helped me relax the muscles. I would suggest perform 3-4 times a week, 10 minutes per day. Stop if you feel pain or uncomfortable.
I only did those three above, but of course you should explore and find other exercises/stretches you like. Just don't give up and believe that you can cure this. Let me know if you have any questions.Jiff Sean

Hi guys, so, news fresh from the front !
This morning I decided to do what you said, so I started by locating this muscle while peeing. So I forced it and, with the help of a finger of too, felt a very faint contraction down there, very faint compared to the kegel one which can make me move my whole hand lol. So, later I wanked off and still with my fingers there I tried pushing down and feeling the contraction and I think it worked alright, so as you said, I have to get it stronger. But I don't whether it worked well because I was focusing on the thing or it actually works lol.
And also, at some point I couldn't come without engaging the cumming mode. Let me explain that : I couldn't have gone on and on like that forever, but at some point I thought about putting it to an end, and started going faster to cum while pushing down. I couldn't do it, somewhat the kegel contraction happened on its own and I had to slow down and begin again...
Any ideas ? Thank you so much for your time !
Edit : I'm also having trouble breathing while "pushing out" for the reverse kegel while masturbating, it doesn't feel right, I'm holding it down there, but I'm breathing as if I was pushing 2 50kgs dumbbells above my head. I have to draw air and block it, can't really breathe normally. So off I go on the reverse kegel breathing thread !Last edited by Earlthegrey; 06-28-2013 at 07:20 AM.

This is natural. You have identified the muscle but you cannot isolate it (or control it without engaging other muscles). The valsalva maneuver (draw air and block it) is an effective way to gain control sufficient to isolate the muscles.
Keep doing that and you'll soon find that you will begin to be able to RK while breathing in (see anal breathing) and won't need to block the air to engage the muscle.
