Just want to make sure I'm on the right track
I'm going to stop masturbating & watching porn for a couple months while I kegel. But I wanna make sure I do them right, because I'm sick of my Pre E.
So when I masturbate I feel my penis flex, and when it flexes it feels better, which makes me cum. Sometimes I cant stop the flex unless I stop stimulation. Sometimes I just flex it on purpose cause it feels better. Also when I was with my ex, I seemed to always need to/involuntarily flex because i get so aroused, and a lot of precum would come out.
So do I kegel, or reverse kegel? And what's a good routine?
Also kegel feels like pumping blood, same as stopping myself from peeing, and I can feel the spot between my anus and scrotum flex out when I do it. Is that right?
Reverse kegels, I feel like I'm flexing my lower abs, and kinda forcing out a piss, but also forcing out gas or taking a dump. It feels like I'm not doing it right.
I would REALLY appreciate help with my questions and hope to cure my PE as it causes me many problems.
