    I'm going to stop masturbating & watching porn for a couple months while I kegel. But I wanna make sure I do them right, because I'm sick of my Pre E.

    So when I masturbate I feel my penis flex, and when it flexes it feels better, which makes me cum. Sometimes I cant stop the flex unless I stop stimulation. Sometimes I just flex it on purpose cause it feels better. Also when I was with my ex, I seemed to always need to/involuntarily flex because i get so aroused, and a lot of precum would come out.

    So do I kegel, or reverse kegel? And what's a good routine?

    Also kegel feels like pumping blood, same as stopping myself from peeing, and I can feel the spot between my anus and scrotum flex out when I do it. Is that right?

    Reverse kegels, I feel like I'm flexing my lower abs, and kinda forcing out a piss, but also forcing out gas or taking a dump. It feels like I'm not doing it right.

    I would REALLY appreciate help with my questions and hope to cure my PE as it causes me many problems.

    Here is kinda the problem I see with this new trend of not masturbating but doing kegels. While to some people this just might be the right answer to most younger people doing something like that will just iritate the prostate more since almost ever time you do a kegel you are somewhat stimulating the prostate, when the prostate is stimulated it will release some liquids. Now when you do not ejaculate those liquids collect there and that is generally unhealthy for the prostate. That is why ejaculating at least once a week or ideally once every third day should be something you do.

    Instead of just stopping the mastubation why not try to edge for 20 minutes or more. it doesn't matter if you don't reach the 20 minute mark but advancing a little bit at the time is a step in the right direction.

    Also while masturbating while watching porn is generally a bad idea for most people. Watching porn and them masturbating after you got the initial "spark" is not a bad idea. While sometimes you can deal with the problem by running away from it, changing the way you view it and use it might be more beneficial. In the end fixing premature ejaculation problems is all about learning how to control you ejaculation response (beginner, intermediate) but it is also learning to simply let go of all those problems (higher level).

    Precum most of the time means that you are overstimulating your postate with kegels. The problem with pre-cum is that once the process starts the postate will also be the one that forces you to ejaculate by simply pushing the liquids. So while for example edging your goal should be not to kegel or reverse kegel and try to notice how long does it take to get precum.

    In general the later you get the precum the better, but once past a certain point (lets say 20 minutes for example) it stop being so important since by now you are used to the stimulation and can handle it better. That is why it is recommended to start slow with the edging or when watching porn simply let your penis get erect on his own without you touching it.

    The problem is also that since there is so much happening all clumped up in the beginning of sex or edging session, most inexperienced people (and premature ejaculationists) are unable to handle it all and ejaculate.

    Hi MM,

    First off, thanks for the reply. So just to go over everything I'm gonna be doing.

    -Edge everyday/other day & try to reach 20mins without kegel or reverse kegel
    -Ejaculate about every 3 days or so
    -Doing 3 sets of 30 2-3 second reps, then 3 10-20 second reps, of both kegels & reverse kegels, every other day.
    -Might start doing a little bit of jelqing/stretching if I have enough time

    Also I have a fleshlight STU, is it better to use that, or just my hand? And when edging or masturbating, if I feel an involuntary kegel coming, or if it happens, should I stop simulation right away and wait till it goes away, then continue when everything's relaxed?

    Just a little confused about that part, cause i see people saying kegel before ejaculating to last longer, or reverse kegel to stop it, and now just to stay relaxed the whole time, so I'm not really sure.

    Kegels clenches are good at the beginning but in time you should switch to kegel and reverse kegel holds etc, look over the layout of the dry orgasm pelvic floor routine ( https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...asm-guide.html ) levels 0,1,2 to get the general idea of how to progress etc.

    As for the flaechlight experiment and see for yourself, it might be a better idea to try and first reach edging time to 20 minutes then increase the difficulty by adding different stuff (such as more or less lubricant depending on what arouses you more etc).

    When you feel an involuntary kegel coming you can try and turn it into a 1-3 second medium strenght kegel hold or reverse kegel hold or try to stop it if you can, as long as you are aware of involuntary kegel happening you can affect it in some way it just requires time.

    As for jelqing/stretching I really can't say yes or no however it is probably better for you to really seriously focus on one thing at a time.

    Kegeling and reverse kegeling when you are aproaching ponr is mostly a clutch move that might help you last longer, but in long term you want not to be dependant on kegels and reverse kegels in the session and simply train to last longer by edging longer, in long term this is more beneficial while clutch is there to rise moral and show you that you can actually last longer.

    You will notice in time that one of your best sessions will be when there is little or no pelvic floor muscle movement, some people insure that by holding a slight reverse kegel or a kegel as long as they can during the session I generally just try and relax the pelvic floor as much as I can. Of course don't be to harsh on yourself a pelvic floor movement here and there is not a big deal it is just that your goal should be to have less and less movement.

    I've been reading your DO guide and I might follow the routine, or I might just stick to around 100 kegels/rk every other day. Im not even sure about doing regular kegels as they seem to do more harm for premature ejaculatora. As for edging, I'm gonna go at a slow pace, & I'm going to try and do what you said and just try to have everything relaxed, stimulation doesn't feel as good as when its flexed, but in turn I'll last longer. If I feel an IK then ill try to reverse kegel.
