    How do I kegel without using my abdominals, thighs, and butt? Also what routine should I start with?

    Practise.

    Start by going for a piss and stoping mid flow. When you started to piss it was reverse kegel when you stoped it was kegel. Include both in your workout.

    Minimal use of abdominals is not a problem but you can fix it but rapidly flexing lower abs before the routine, the muscles will tire out and you will be able to kegel without moving them. You can try the same for other. It is normal for the anus to move at least minimally when doing kegels with practice those parts will start move less and less.

    Thanks. I've heared that using those parts while kegeling will weaken the PC muscel.
