Hey guys.

I decided to find out how long i can last in bed, so i used a stopwatch, and i lasted 10 minutes.

Does that mean Pe? Just don't think it's much.
I have sex 3 times a week, sometimes 2, i don't edge, the only think i do besides my penis enlarment routine is reverse kegels every second day and normal kegel every saturday.

I don't think 10 minutes means you have pe.

You can always start using a tighter grip when you masturbate and teach yourself to last longer.

In general a man has a premature ejaculation if he can't control when he will ejaculate. The longer you last the less of a premature ejaculation problem do you actually have. Mostly what is considered premature ejaculation is when you last very short like a minute or two. Even more severe are people who ejaculate upon penetration etc.

The other way to discern if you have premature ejaculation or no is to simply observe how you feel after an ejaculation if you feel that you have not lasted long enough the odds are you have some form of premature ejaculation.

The thing here is not to overreact, also if your partner doesn't mind you lasting 10 minutes then you don't have to change much.

If you want to increase your lasting time focus mostly on edging sessions lasting at least 20 minutes and you should be fine.

Thanks for the reply, i just didn't know when you are considered to have pe.

I just think that the time goes by to quickly when you have sex, so 10 minutes don't feel like a lot.
But yea i will start edgeing on a regular basic instead of doing it on and off.

You can slow the bed activities and last longer.
