    Never had a problem with premature ejaculation before kegeling. Only started because of poor EQ. But after almost a year of trial and error and taking breaks and yoga positions and trying to balance out im still having involuntary kegels and premature ejaculation and no significant increase in eq. Im getting really discouraged with my entire PE journey and about to abandon kegels completely and just rely on natural herbs and occasional viagra to get and stay up.

    Most recently ive been doing 10 5 second regular kegal holds and 20 5 second reverse kegal holds every other day.

    Yeah, i used to over work them. I tried doing three sets of the same thing and would sometimes feel random aches and tightness.

    The first day i started doing regular kegals because of two occurrences of ED I had with my girlfriend is when i developed Pre E.

    Which was in late January. But I had done regular kegels before then too.

    Stress is impicated in both pre e and ed.
    Do you have toilet issues ?
    Is your pelvic area twisted ,lower back pain etc?

    The stress has passed but im not having sex with my girlfriend as we are on opposite sides of the country at the moment. The ed has been a problem for a significant amount of time. And I have involuntary kegals when i masturbate alone and have a horrible eq.
    Dont necessarily understand the twisted pelvic area and no, no back pain.
