  • Has anyone here TRULY cured Pre E???

    I was born with a good size(I still want to increase that) but I think the one area that truly prevents me from being good in bed is my ability to control ejaculation. I know the techniques of starting and stoping, or when I'm reaching PONR, I can start to pleasure her, which is good sometimes. But there are times when I'm reaching PONR and my girl is really getting into it and she is telling me to don't stop, but if I keep going I will be done soon, if I stop I break the mood, these are the situations where stopping of any sort doesn't work. In my ideal world I would be able to literally fuck as hard as I could for hours and hours on end without of cumming too soon.

    Has anyone here through mediation, Pre Ejac exercises, kegels, deep breathing, or any over method truly learned to control when they cum?

    I was in bed with my girl the other night and I had one of them nights couldnt hold it back, she was on top facing backwards and I litterally going to come after twenty seconds.         When I was 18 thru 21 I just randomly aquired a harem of girls. I would whack off before sex and work HARD on keeping myself distracted. As sex became more frequent all of the sex and masturbation eventually just added up to too much and one day I couldn't even get it up. This lasted for three days, I was pretty freaked out.             Yes. I went from 1-2 minutes to sometimes 1 hour.
            Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
            Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
            I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

                    Without a doubt! There are so many ways to fix this problem but the problem is you have to try and find which one is for you. Sometimes it's good to try a method after method because you do pick up good stuff along the way from every single one of these methods. I have been wanting to do DG experiment but then I wanna try ButterSketch's routine of 90 day reset.

                    I think I am gonna do 90 day first while balancing my Pelvic Floor doing MM DO Guide and if it doesn't help, I'll play with Death Grip. How far along are you with your progress?

                      Since I joined this site and started to try to cure my PE, it has gotten way worse. I used to be able to go for 3 - 5 minutes maybe. Since starting reverse kegels and edging, I have a problem lasting for 30 seconds. I'm not sure why this happened? I'm tempted to go back to watching porn and jerking off everyday as I would much rather have my old problem than the one I have now where you can barely touch my penis without it gong to PONR.

                      So, I have regressed and am looking for some answers and help.

                        OMG are you being serious? What's funny is I have nothing better to do at the moment so I was gonna go over some "Success Stories" to get some inspiration and then you bring that up haha

                        I feel bad for you but it is believed that all these routines do a little bit of damage first before they set you own your way to cure things. I mean starting a Pelvic Floor routine will do that to do and over time your body gets used to the new you. There are so many people around who have made progress and some have cured themselves totally. I wish I was an expert at this but I only know so much. I do know one thing for a fact though--everybody is different so you have to find what works for you and for that you have to get to the root of the problem. Look for symptoms and explore your body.

                        It is all in your head--I'd suggest you take a few days off from it all. Don't even think about it and then get back at it with a new strategy.
                        What's your K/RK routine?
                        How do you Edge?
                        Do you get regular sex?
                        How are you with porn?
                        Is your Pelvic Floor tensed most of the time everyday?

                          I agree man, I've been beating myself up too much.

                          I was doing a RK weighted routine. Then I was trying to stick to the routine in the stickies. I think it's minuteman's routine. I'm thinking I'm going to take a break and start over.

                          I was edging about 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Basically lubing up and going slow and avoiding my sensitive areas. I noticed an improvement with my edging where I was able to go for a pretty long time and control my PONR. Have not edged in two weeks.

                          I get sex about once a week. Maybe a little more.

                          I have stopped watching pron completely over the past few months with maybe one or two slip ups.

                          My pelvic floor is tensed 24/7. I have to consciously relax it throughout the day. It is insane to realize that I am almost always in a kegel clench for most of my day.

                          Edit: As I sit here at home relaxing, I am realizing that my pelvic floor is clenched and tight at all times. I did not realize how intense it is. If I stop concentrating on relaxing it, it goes right back into tense kegel mode. Wow. Does it seem like this is the root of the problem more than anything else?

                            First off, it's good that you know you need to work on physical aspect of Premature Ejaculation more than anything and asap. Now you need a strategy as I said. I recommend you do Minuteman's DO Guide and only do Levels 0,1,2. Level 3 is for people attempting DOs but I am looking for a more "natural" cure where I can bang my girl for 45 mins and cum just once without having to worry about multiple orgasms on my part--she'll have plenty though haha. How does that sound? :P Lol

                            You need to stop putting yourself down--I have been there and done that. There is a cure for everything. I'd like to say I have a very severe case of Pre E--it affects my confidence around women and in life in general. But that's my motivation to get rid of it! You won't believe how many opportunities I have passed up just because I didn't want anybody mocking me. Yes, it's that bad. We're talking seconds here.

                            Things you should do:
                            Take a break and clear your mind
                            Look into Pillow Stretching and at least 2 Yoga poses for Pelvic Floor Stretching (do them every other day)
                            Edge (3-4 times a day--ejaculate once--try to move up the levels--start with start/stop and move on to tougher forms of edging)
                            Try and give up porn for 90 days or 45 days as an experiment. See how much of a self control you have (after all that's all we're after :P )
                            Meditative Reverse Kegels
                            Meditation--power of mind over power of body--try to relax your mind and Pelvic Floor for 20 minutes a day 6 days a week
                            Try Death Grip--talk to JamesMonoroe
                            Try Rebooting Experiment--talk to Butter Sketch

                            Do all these things in the order they are. I mean if nothing else works try rebooting for 90 days. Sometimes you don't know what's gonna work for ya. By the way, I am clenching my Root Lock Kegel as I am typing this but I am more aware of it now and try to counter it throughout the day. I suggest you do the same thing and whenever you catch yourself doing it hold a 5 sec Reverse Kegel and 5 sec Reverse Root Lock. It's almost like punishing your body for doing something you don't approve of.

                            Now I don't do a lot of this stuff when I know I should but the thing is my schedule is not fixed and I am always caught in something. But I am giving me like 4 months to make some serious progress. I wanna get to 10 minute mark at least before the New Year.

                              Cantona, thank you so much for that long, thought out response. I feel like that is what I needed to hear. I certainly don't have time to edge 3 to 4 times a day. I will try to be more consistent with it though. Also, I am pretty flexible. I am a crossfitter and stretch and exercise on a regular basis but I will look into pelvic floor stretches.

                              Other than that, this thread is going to be my motivation. Thank you so much!!!
