Hi,
This is my first post, but I have been around for a while:-) I would like to thank you guys for your work and interesting articles and posts. Premature ejaculation was ruining my sexual life, I could not go longer than 10 seconds. It was caused by bad masturbation habits - I was used to tense my pelvic floor every time I got aroused which brought PE. I started to do Reverse Kegels (only) and some Arousal techniques 4 months ago, I still practice almost every day and finally can see results. Right now, I am able to masturbate for 20 minutes without reaching PONR and I am able to have sex approximately for 4 minutes. I know that it is still not enough and still need to get better, but if you compare it to 10 seconds, it is 2400% improvement! That is awesome. Who knows, where I will get in next two months! Will let you know:-) Thank you again and for those, who are demotivated to continue with exercises - it takes time and lot of failures, it is not a short track run, but it will help you in the end. Cheers

Congratulations, always good to have these sort of posts to show the skeptic ones that, with work, Pre E is entirely treatable.
I wish you luck and continuing progress, and also recommend you look into alternative treatments to work in conjunction with your RK routine; for example, pelvic floor yoga, arosual programmes and perhaps even starting a kegel routine. In my experience, it is rarely only one cause that contributes to Pre E, but a combination of many. By fighting on all fronts, you increase your chances of accelerating your progress.

wow thanks for replies:-) I have some interesting news. Thanks to RK, I am able to masturbate as long as I want to and I even have to force myself to reach orgasm. However, I had sex last night and could no last longer then 2 minutes
It was first sex with this girl, so I was a bit nervous, so that could be a cause... anyway does anyone else has any idea, why is having sex so different of masturbation? I mean why do I last so short time in comparison to masturbation?

Its not physical its mental I think. The anticipation, exploring a new person for the first time, nervous tension. All those things play a big factor in cumming faster. Sex is hugely mental and touching, exploring, tasting, feeling your new gf for the first time is a HUGE turn on, therefore you came quickly. Im sure you were way more aroused then when you masturbate. When you masturbate its just you and your imagination, what you are watching etc..Im not saying everytime you have sex, but maybe try a cocktail or 3 before a new encounter, whiskey dick can be a good thing sometimes. Also use the arousal of a new encounter to go for round 2, you'll probally last longer the second time.

another thing when masturbating you are in full control no surprises and during sex you dont know what she is going to do on that next stroke. when I was younger anything could trigger the desire to orgasm just the right placement of her hand or biting me in certain places anything could do it.
