    Hey guys, I'm new to the forum hoping you can help me out. I am starting a reboot from porn and am looking for a beginner reverse/regular Kegel routine.

    I eventually want to add jelquing, but for now just want to focus on reverse kegels and regular kegels for now. I would say my biggest issue in general is control in that I have to much tension, involuntary. Also, I can get overly excited, so I'm going to add breathing exercises as well as pelvic floor exercises.

    Based on what I've read so far it sounds like I need a good beginner routine with a 70:30 ratio of reverse Kegel to kegel routine. However, I've not found a good beginner routine based on this format. For example, I don't know how long my first few sessions should be. Also do I do a series of quick reverse kegels and then hold? If so, how many quick reverse kegels should I do before I do reverse kegel holds? Then how many regular Kegels should I do and what point during this routine? How long should I start out with this routine altogether? Five minutes? 10 minutes? Etc.

    Also deep squats are good for stretching a tense Pelvic Floor.

    As for the RKs, as with every other exercise, you don't want to over do it.
