I've been edging quite a lot and RK a lot and have made a lot of progress but I noticed something while edging today. I get a constant light involuntary kegel that is uncontrollable when I stay towards the head of my penis. No matter how hard I reverse kegel it doesn't stop it. Regular involuntarys are easy to stop but I can't stop this on. I read something on here about different kinda of involuntarys so maybe it's a different kind. What should I do to stop this?

May be you over doing revers kegels. They can get tired too . Whtat I did to stop them is make regular kegels and revers kegels while I masturbate.

I know that's wha a lot of people think, and read that a lot of times too, but I think everybody is different. You have to learn to control those muscles during sex right, why not while your masturbating? If you feel like you gonna come soon don't worry you'll get used to.I been doing kegels and revers kegels out of the masturbation for almost one year, and not results at all. Tree weeks ago I start doing them while I masturbate. Now I last ten minutes on bed and I can controle those muscles better.

I think most people (including me) do kegals + reverse kegals which are not that forceful. Doing these during masturbation makes these more forceful, and that's why you are feeling the difference. Similarly I noticed that long holds are more effective than the short ones.
