Thread: Hyper Sensitive Ferenulum?

So, I'm wondering if I can figure out the exact cause of my PE and if I need to do something different to remedy it.
Nothing I have tried has worked but from edging and getting more in touch with my penis, I realize that it is my hyper sensitive ferenulum that causes me to cum almost immediately upon touching it. I can rub the sides, top, base and even the head of my penis and not feel the urge. Once I incorporate the underside of my penis into the mix, I'm at the PONR within seconds.
Can the more experienced guys give me a clue as to if this is a specific problem that should be approached in a certain way?

That's quite the rule in every man. I'd say edge and balloon and, as you improve your stamina, start rubbing the frenulum. Doing it from the beginning may make things worse since your body will never learn to last longer. So keep working and increase your intensity as you progress
If you think my comments or posts are useful, consider giving me some rep
Thanks

I think that you need to find the root of your sensitivity. Your hypersensitivity is just a symptom of a much deeper problem. (Not problem, but rather imbalance). I generally think sensitivity is caused by physiological imbalances. You can try rks and rubbing the sensitive area but you also need to search deeper for an answer. You should approach this problem holistically. What is your diet like, what is your history with stress, do you exercise, what other parts of your body are sensitive?
I don't know what your solution will be but I know you can find it. Look around, search posts, and see what other people have been saying.

I eat a paleo diet and I do crossfit three days a week. I have never been healthier as far as my physical being. Mentally, I do not have much stress. I have a son, a wife and I am in business for myself with pretty easy hours and relaxed lifestyle. I am thinking this is more physical than mental.

its likely an issue that is chemical such as low serotonin or an issue with your nervous system. If your lucky and its just a sensitive frenulum I would recommend trying a product called Promescent that numbs the frenulum. When you drink alcohol do you have this problem?also do you have this problem when receiving oral?

Hey Nighteyes,
What I mean by Physiological is that it has to do with chemical imbalances in body. Our bodies are full of chemical compounds that affect the way our bodies functions. Sometimes our bodies try to compensate for an imbalance. When this happens, physical changes in our body occurs.
When we drink alcohol we cause physical changes in the chemical make-up of our body which then can lead to some mental changes. What we consider mental stress is not strictly mental. Physiological changes do occur.

Do you involuntary kegel when you touch the frenulum?
If so I would reccomend rubbing of the area, while holding an RK to counter involuntaries. Over time, this gets rid of the reflex involuntary kegel. As you progress, use more stimulation and less RK it may be very hard at first, go slow.
