  • How i cured my Severe PE in a month- Comprehensive guide

    First off i would like to thank everyone on this forum for providing their experiences and lessons as those helped me greatly.

    I will preface this noting that i will most likely not be replying to posts so i will make this as comprehensive as possible.

    Some background information.

    I am a 25yr active healthy male.

    My PE was brought on by several factors:

    1- For years i was masturbating daily before showering and going to bed, to the point it just became a part of my routine.

    2- During workouts i would clench my pc muscle during some exercises.

    3- I automatically kegaled to finish urinating every time.


    How bad was my PE?

    My PC muscle was so tight to the point that every time i had to urinate i would have to wait 5-10 seconds before my stream could pass my PC muscle. At one point i would Ejaculate with in 10 seconds of beginning masturbation. So it was pretty much as bad as it gets.

    What did i try?


    I had tried root lock, pc muscle control, massaging the area etc and none of them worked.

    I tried reverse kegaling but could never get it.

    Edging alone didn't really do anything.

    What worked for me!

    To cure my PE i did several things.

    1- First off i stopped masturbating at night to break my routine.

    2- I began edging first thing in the morning in bed. This was because in the morning you are in the most relaxed state that you will be all day. When i first started off i would edge till i felt the urge to Cum and stop. IT doesn't matter if its 1 minute or 10 just stop and get on with your day. By doing this i retrained my brain from tying in the result of cumming to the act of masturbation. I made 30 mins my goal, but during the beginning if i only lasted 5 mins that was good enough for me. I came only every 4th day.

    3- Every time i urinated i focused to make sure i did not automatically kegal to finish

    4- This is the MOST IMPORTANT step! I had tried every method to cure my PE to no avail, nothing worked until i started doing penis stretches.

    What you need to do is penis stretches. While flaccid form an O with your thumb and index finger and with your pinky facing away from you, grab your penis just under the head. Pull away from your body (You may notice that you already involuntary kegal) If you don't automatically kegal, do one and you will see by doing that your penis is pulled closer to your body. So by pulling away you are stretching your PC muscle.

    Pull away from your body at all angles.

    Forwards, Up, Down.
    Left Down, Left Forward, Left Up
    Right Down, Right Forward, Right Up

    Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.

    Do this Every Night.

    Over time you will notice that when stretching you will no longer involuntary Kegal and over time you will notice less resistance when performing this stretch.

    To Conclude

    By performing all of those steps together, you will notice a marked improvement week to week. I also gained a 1/2 inch (this might have been because my pc muscle was so tight that it shortened me a bit.)
    I am at a point now that i can pretty much last as long as i want. I don't edge daily anymore, and i perform the stretches just twice a week now.

    I just wanted to do this write up because i know how frustrating PE can be, and i really know how frustrating the road to recovery is. But do this and i guarantee you that you will see a marked improvement week to week with your PE.

    Well done, and interesting read.

    I have been doing something similar recently which I have had success with whereby I do a similar motion as your stretches, but over the frenulum. At first I held a light RK to cut of the involuntaries, but now most of the time there aren't any anyway. It's about getting that reflex out of your muscle memory.

    I would consider myself to have a balanced, if weak, pelvic floor now, and would just like to ask how to overcome the kegel after urinating. I can't seem to be able to stop it, and I thought this was normal, Even for non Pre E people?

      Good work and good post!

      I not sure that pulling the penis stretches the pelvic floor, but it is a good indication of how tense the pelvic floor is, e.g if you pull out your penis and put pressure on the head you will feel a kegel if you are tensed. no kegel if your pelvic floor is relaxed.

      i am of the opinion that kegeling at the end of urinating may be a sign of imbalance. i've been practicing just holding a reverse kegel until all the urine has been pushed out and it's becoming easier to do.

        Could well be, do we have any input from people without Pre E regarding this?

        I have tried to do this, but no matter how hard I push, some is still left to be pushed out by the regular kegel.

          so, i tried this, the 30 seconds in all directions, and now my EQ is like a 4 at best, and even porn fails to give me an erection, i feel the arousal but i can't get hard, any thoughts? dunno if i should be worried as its the first day i've done this and i can't get hard

            is it ok to be a bit sore after stretching for the first time? i'm sore right now, i dont wanna think i over did it because i barely felt a stretch

                Fair play to you, I bet you're well chuffed. Out of curiosity, did over arousal/excitement play any part in your PE or was it all physical?

                  Hey 25yrold, thanks a lot for this post and for sharing your experience! I am REALY glad for you that you handled the thing! Great! How is did your sexlife change since you've managed it?

                  To me: Whenever I move forward, meaning away from my body, while thrusting I feel a short clench of my PC muscle. So when I thrust fast, I perform a lot of unvoluntary kegels. Was it the same with you? So I read this post and thought I could give it a try. The problem is, that whenever I want to stretch my penis, it takes only some 10-15 seconds to have a hard penis. And then I can't continue stretching. I will work on this, maybe it will be less everytime.

                    Some of you may know me. I have tried everything from edging, balloning, reverse kegeling, breathing exercises, yoga stretches, pillow stretches, death grip etc. with no real and permanent results.

                    Some days ago I read on this post and decided to try the stretches. Dude, it works. I finally found something that improves my thing. Yesterday I could make my girlfriend quite satisfied. I wonder how good I will be after a month of this.

                    I do it around 3 times a day, or whenever I am on bathroom. Hold tight and pull, doing circular motion with the member, always improving the intensity.

                    This is the only thing that really helped me. FELLOWS, IT WORKS. Thanks a lot for the tip!

                      I could say "forget reverse kegels and that pseudoscience balance bullshit" but I wont. Maybe what this stretches does is release the great tention that keeps other exercises from working. Now I maybe be able to reverse kegel and the other things.

                        Nice to hear from you finally something worked for you.
                        Do you twist the penis while stretching or simply move it in circular motion? Do you do it while erect?

                          This certainly warrants further research, I have currently been too busy with other things to try this but it seems plausible. I would suggest another reason why this works though- by doing these stretches and not involuntary kegeling, you not only relax the area, but get the involuntary kegels out of your muscle memory. I have had success with a similar motion, though without the actual stretching.

                          For those of you unfamiliar with the concept of muscle memory, it is what lets you play a musical instrument without thinking about it, or play computer games without thinking about the controls, perhaps even driving or doing a sport. It is a result of doing the same motion over and over again, you are not born with it, rather you develop it. It is very useful, though unfortunately it seems that you can teach your pelvic floor to kegel automatically through muscle memory of bad masturbation habits.

                          Anyway, I encourage people to try this (gently at first) and post with the results. I would also suggest using a reverse kegel while doing it if you find you get too many involuntaries. I will be starting this shortly.

                            I've literally over the last few days been playing with a similar idea. This idea comes from post-pissing...

                            I do three things after ive pissed - a couple of kegels to get the rest out, a little shake and a pull/squeeze. On the pull/squeeze, i IK. Now when im finishing up a piss, i do the usual stuff but i hold a RK when i pull/squeeze the rest of the urine out in order to counteract and hold off an IK.

                            I want to elimante IK's - not deliberate ones. Kegeling at the end of pissing, for me, is deliberate. I control that. The one that is triggered with a pull of the penis is involuntary. I'll be deliberately adding stretches with RK's into my daily routine now, and not just post-piss.

                              One of my questions is, with all the talk about preventing kegels at all costs, to help eliminate IK's, unfortunately we still need to use kegels on a daily basis as we have to urinate badly while driving, or walking to find a bathroom etc.... Or are we saying that trying to eliminate "as many as possible" will help retrain muscle memory??? hmmmm, ok, I think I see what your talking about now, deliberate versus involuntary, gotcha!! but does the muscle really care or differentiate if it is deliberate or involuntary???? Im kind of confused here. Do we think that stopping involuntaries but still doing deliberates will change anything with regards to muscle memory and PC flexing?
