First off i would like to thank everyone on this forum for providing their experiences and lessons as those helped me greatly.
I will preface this noting that i will most likely not be replying to posts so i will make this as comprehensive as possible.
Some background information.
I am a 25yr active healthy male.
My PE was brought on by several factors:
1- For years i was masturbating daily before showering and going to bed, to the point it just became a part of my routine.
2- During workouts i would clench my pc muscle during some exercises.
3- I automatically kegaled to finish urinating every time.
How bad was my PE?
My PC muscle was so tight to the point that every time i had to urinate i would have to wait 5-10 seconds before my stream could pass my PC muscle. At one point i would Ejaculate with in 10 seconds of beginning masturbation. So it was pretty much as bad as it gets.
What did i try?
I had tried root lock, pc muscle control, massaging the area etc and none of them worked.
I tried reverse kegaling but could never get it.
Edging alone didn't really do anything.
What worked for me!
To cure my PE i did several things.
1- First off i stopped masturbating at night to break my routine.
2- I began edging first thing in the morning in bed. This was because in the morning you are in the most relaxed state that you will be all day. When i first started off i would edge till i felt the urge to Cum and stop. IT doesn't matter if its 1 minute or 10 just stop and get on with your day. By doing this i retrained my brain from tying in the result of cumming to the act of masturbation. I made 30 mins my goal, but during the beginning if i only lasted 5 mins that was good enough for me. I came only every 4th day.
3- Every time i urinated i focused to make sure i did not automatically kegal to finish
4- This is the MOST IMPORTANT step! I had tried every method to cure my PE to no avail, nothing worked until i started doing penis stretches.
What you need to do is penis stretches. While flaccid form an O with your thumb and index finger and with your pinky facing away from you, grab your penis just under the head. Pull away from your body (You may notice that you already involuntary kegal) If you don't automatically kegal, do one and you will see by doing that your penis is pulled closer to your body. So by pulling away you are stretching your PC muscle.
Pull away from your body at all angles.
Forwards, Up, Down.
Left Down, Left Forward, Left Up
Right Down, Right Forward, Right Up
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
Do this Every Night.
Over time you will notice that when stretching you will no longer involuntary Kegal and over time you will notice less resistance when performing this stretch.
To Conclude
By performing all of those steps together, you will notice a marked improvement week to week. I also gained a 1/2 inch (this might have been because my pc muscle was so tight that it shortened me a bit.)
I am at a point now that i can pretty much last as long as i want. I don't edge daily anymore, and i perform the stretches just twice a week now.
I just wanted to do this write up because i know how frustrating PE can be, and i really know how frustrating the road to recovery is. But do this and i guarantee you that you will see a marked improvement week to week with your PE.
