Thanks Sameel, for putting some perspective on an abundance of information.
Guys, I have another symptom I didn't think of too much before until I read the threads. Sometimes, especially when it's cold, I always have urine dribble out after taking a piss. Unless I really shake it dry, I might end up dribbling a couple drops back onto my legs. Would this indicative of a tight pelvic floor?

Urine dribbling is normal and common after pissing. Don't worry about it.

I used to have urine dribble, but after I practiced kegels and strengthened my pelvic floor it stopped. It also became easier to hold urine for a longer periods.

I really, really wouldn't mess around with SSRIs. If you feel the need to take supplements try those already mentioned, also Rhodiola Rosea can be good 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

I think I'm getting a hang of all of these information available.
For ED:
1. Stop porn
2. Learn edging without shooting. Shoot no more than 1~2/week during MB sessions, save the rest for sex.
3. Vitamin Bs, potassium, rhodiola rosea and L-arginin to start. I have plenty of garlic/green tea / ginger in my diet already.
For PE:
1. Learn K / RK, practise RK all the time. walking? do some RK. Cooking? do some RK. I'll probably do too much RK first, but I'd rather go too far than not enough. If gone too far, I can always start adding in K, which on me seems very strong at the moment.
Question: even when standing, my erection will be almost pointing straight up. Does this indicate the state of pelvic balance?
2. Start with PE / stretches. (JP 90 day routine)
3. St John Worts for supplement.

In all of these, there are topics I'm not quite sure what to do with yet.. such as "from PE to MMO", or ballooning. I think it's better to leave these advanced topics alone for now, correct?

Further analyzing the response I have received here, there are 2 physical issues that I need to deal with to help with my problem.
1. Arousal control. Learn to control the urge to shoot in a highly aroused state. Since I'm still MB at least daily, sometimes multiple times daily just to shoot, I'm hardly ever at an aroused state. Start the 3 day edging routine, hell, since I know I might not get laid any time soon, even 5 day routine if my will is strong enough. This should get me used to a higher "more horny" type situation.
2. Inbalances. RK will slow the buildup up to the PONR. So I gotta learn to subconsciously RK during intercourse. Once at the PONR, however, proper K + pause / stop will push me down the arousal level a bit, allowing me to continue with RK. Right? Further manipulation of K and PONR is the topic that MM discussed in detail in the guide to MMO and DO.

Alrite guys, after reading all these great information, I just absolutely had to try some of them out tonight. I tried a short edging session, and wow, just from a penis pleasure point of view, better than any sex I had.
Background: No MB / Porn since Sat. EQ is still very low, 3~4 most of the day, occasional a jump to 5. Started taking SJW yesterday, 900mg / day. Started vitamin Bs + potassium today.
I played around with stretches briefly earlier today. Direct simulation caused maybe a 5 on EQ scale. Practised K / RK throughout the day.
Tonight after turning off lights for bed, I decided to try edging briefly - hoping that it would bring up my baseline arousal level a little. I edged for about 15minutes at EQ of 7~8. hard enough to achieve penetration.
And wow! I RK'ed the whole time I was stroking, and not once I felt like shooting. 15min of continuous stroking! I mean, wow! Even the best sex I had maybe 30 seconds, maybe typically 2~3 thrusts. Even normally when MB, I would want to shoot in 1~2min. I ended it around 15min mark, still far from PONR. I felt several IKs during the process, feeling each of these brought me slightly closer. Reason I ended it was because I was getting soft again, EQ going down to 4.5~5.. just soft enough that I won't be able to penetrate.
There were several reasons I can think of it maybe lasting this long:
1. St John Wort kicking in. Is it enough to make this huge difference, after only 1 day?
2. RK. I definitely got the feeling of "pushing my dick away". If I try to K, yes, my penis gets harder, and RK, dick gets softer and further away from PONR.
3. Just low libido in general and low EQ. I hope this is not the true cause of me lasting 15min without approaching ponr, but likely to be the real cause.

SJW works like an SSRI. Use it in low dose or avoid it till your EQ issues are resolved. Just my suggestion.

Does SSRI surpress arousal and lower EQ?
You are right, SSRI does little for me right now since I'm not sexually active. It's better for me to get a "baseline" performance boost. If I anticipate any action, I can always start taking doses about 24hrs before the fornication.
