I stopped the SJW yesterday. This morning, I woke up with a fairly good morning woodie (probably 8). It's hard to sustain the 8, as it still dips down to 5 occasionally, then comes roaring back if I think sexual thoughts.
I realize that I involuntarily kegel like crazy to maintain the erection / other reasons IDK. The whole time, I can feel the squeeze of muscle as if I was involuntarily trying to gain a bigger erection.
So I now I started to apply a RK as I'm typing this. EQ went down (or lost) to 3-4.
I'm gonna get out of bed now. Still going to take vitamins + potassium, but no SJW.

Past hour I finished my morning errands. During this period of time, I had intermittent 5~6 erections. I think kind of self-realization hit me: I have not being able to achieve a quality erection through arousal alone for years. Thinking back, kegel had been my clutch in achieving erection for more than a decade.
- Sometimes I get so hard that my penis keeps jumping and throbbing. Those are really involuntaries keels
- Sometimes when I have problem getting hard enough for penetration, I'll clench my ass to improve hardness. Again, I think this is a kegel
- At times when I'm hard, I'll do a hard kegel which will move the penis a little.. and end up sending a small wave of pleasure.
- When I was having regular sex, I often kegel hard to get a harder erection to thrust it deeper
Although I never practiced kegels before, I have no problem holding a hard one for 15, 20 seconds. On the hand, I started doing RK past few days, each time it takes a very conscious effort for me to isolate the muscle in order to relax it.

Accidentally opened up several old sexually explicit pictures of an ex yesterday, I got a 9~10. I realized how strong the IK were.
In the evening, as I tried to edge, I had a little problem achieving an erection. I had to fondle for several minutes before I get a 7. IK was incredible strong, although I purposely tried to RK the whole time, I can feel the pulls of K on my hand. It's so bad that if I were to hold my penis still, IK would be strong and frequent enough to start sending me towards PONR. I became quite tired after about 10min and stopped.
This morning it is completely flaccid. I can't wake him up this morning.

I walked off hangover and felt a bit of "stirring" down there, so I laid back and edged. I had maybe a 6. Whole time, I was trying hard to RK to fight the involuntary spasms. If I hold the wood in my hand without any RK, the spasms would slowly take care of the business for me. About 5 minutes in, I had a wave of spasms that felt almost like the first contraction (is this the right terminology?) before a ejeculation. I kegeled hard at this point for just a second or two and it went away, but I became completely flaccid afterwards. No liquid came out. Fell into a short nap afterwards.

I often get contractions like those which expel ejaculate without ejaculation, but for me they only occur at very high arousal levels. They seem to be a different type of involuntary kegel to the normal ones. Minuteman calls them synchronous involuntary kegels. I do not lose any EQ because of them. Did it come with any sense of orgasm?
Also, what are your involuntary kegels like? Many short quick clenches, or perhaps a long hard involuntary kegel as you approach PONR?

No sense of orgasm, and clear urine afterwards. EQ was completely lost. The spasm was very short and strong - ex used to say I have a dancing squirrel down there.
I may have high arousal but low libido. These are two things I'm trying to seperate right now. It would be better if somehow I can tie everything (pe, Ed, porn) through a plausible explanation using dopamine activation or something similar.

I went past the PONR last night. The edge session lasted about 1in, so it was a failed attempt. I approached the PONR two times, but lost control on the third.
It was the longest O I had in some time. The muscle spasms lasted for what I felt like an eternity. However, the spasm didn't feel as strong ad before - shallower contractions but lasting a long time.

I stopped porn for more than a week and started on 5Gs, plus Vitamin B complexes and potassium. No ejeculation or edging or MB since Saturday. I might had kegel trained too hard just starting out last week, I'm starting having problem isolating the back kegel muscles again.
EQ was very low the past 2 days, no random woodies, and had problem getting erect even with manual stimulation. However, I felt a "longing" for women and sex again.
Case 1: Doesn't feel horny, no desire for women, can't get spontaneous erection << this stage past several years
Case 2: Feels horny, wants women, but can't get spontaneous erection << currently this stage
Case 3: Feels horny, wants women, random boners all the time
Case 4: Desire to "wreck that pussy", no performance issues
I've completely cut out porn and this was probably a very good thing. As a test this morning, it took me a minute or two, but I was able to get 8/10 just looking a pictures of girls in g string. this is something that have not happened since high school.

Went past PONR while edging. It was fine since this is my 3rd days since my previous ejaculation. The edging session lasted about 30min, with approximately 10 approaches to the PONR. I tried to manipulate the PONR by using RK to "push away" the point, and using K to "hold back" the point. I have not yet noticed any significant increase in stroking time of now vs before. I still can stroke only about 20~30secs before having to take a break for 2, 3 minutes. Towards the end, I needed 5min break for 10 seconds strokes.
While stamina during edging has not increased appreciably, I do notice that my EQ during edging session is better. I think this could be contributed to better bodily response to arousal.
- A week ago: I would look at something sexy, I know I should be turned on, but the penis would remain flaccid, at best a 4~5. I'd start looking at some porn, EQ goes up to 6, 7. Start stroking, 8~9.
- Now: Normally, it'd be soft at 3~4. If I start imaging something sexy, it fairly quickly goes up to a 8~9. I don't have a ramped response anymore, rather my EQ is almost a binary response: on / off.
I don't know if this better arousal response would translate to a real life sex partner.
My current routines are:
- No porn, no MB
- Edge 1~2 times per day, make it as long as time permits. Ejaculate every 3, 4 days.
- Light PE during shower: stretches + jelking. Takes about 10min in total.
- 5Gs for big erection, Vitamin K, potassium
