    I'm getting to 30~40min with flashlight with porn clips. I edge every other day to completion. Mostly shallow strokes with long, deep strokes from time to time, also some ballooning with very small circular motions.

    Does long edging session make you guys extremely sleepy? (even before ejaculation) I found that about 20min in, I'm so sleepy I can doze off as soon as I close my eyes.

    After realizing my "core" deficiency since my last post, I incorporated a number of gymnastic core exercises to my routine. Hollow body progressions, V sits, weighted windmills, lots of good mornings, reverse hypers, etc. These did wonders, I finally realize how weak my core is although I can jerk about 180lbs above my head easily. However, my stomach was cramping in pain after 40 seconds of hollow body hold. I think these core exercises played into lasting that much longer while edging.
