I am currently conditioning my penis before I start the JP 90 day beginner program and I have added edging to my regimen, and reverse kegeling, as I suffer from premature ejaculation. I'm only doing half the prescribed sets/reps to get used to the exercises.
I think part of my premature ejaculation happened because 1.active porn/masturbator since a young age(I know for a fact because of that) 2.also because when I want to cum right away I can, or when I jerk off I usually do this without thinking it and its second nature to me, and that is that I lock my legs/knees, point my feet straight which I automatically kegel and I can cum instantly any time that I want. But when I don't do that, like today for example when I edged I lasted for a good 30 minutes and finished after. But when I'm having sex I guess I kegel during it, or sometimes I don't, point is I still cum quick about ten minutes and I cant control when I want to finish.
I'm wondering if I'm going to be able and fix this problem any advice?
Also already on my third session and I edged after, for about 30 like I said, and I couldn't control the urge to bust, but im now skeptical if it's better not to come after the edging? Because I wouldn't want to be doing jp90 day program and not getting any gains because of it affecting them, or not fixing my premature ejaculation problems. Read the stickys on this forum and come up with a pre e routine. Ten minutes is over average.

Yeah but shouldn't I get into that after I finish my 90 day program? and well 10 minutes is not satisfying as lets say 45 to an hour

The techniques in the pre e section can be used to increase stamina to super normal levels .
We also have a male multi orgasm club(mmo).
Some of the pre e training is similar to mmo training and can be used as a precursor to it.

The jp is a lot of work on it's own ,it is a good idea to condition yourself to it, especially when doing other training which increases the workload.

Alright Pegasus, I am going to look into the mmo club as I believe I fall into that category, yesterday when I was ending my edging session, when I was at PONR I tried to stop coming, and only came a little bit, I'm talking about size of a quarter, compared to when I unload all at once, and therefore continued for awhile more until I finished.
I started doing the breathing technique which you do for 10-15 minutes, when you take deep breath you reverse kegel and relax as you breath out, I believe this isn't going to over train because I've kegeled most of my life, so hopefully this evens out my pelvic region. Thanks againStarted 12/18/13
