  • really need help!

    Hey guys, new to this site and hope it really helps.
    I just started seeing a new girl, she likes it hard and fast and lately I havent been lasting very long 2minutes. Other day was like 5 thrusts and had to stop but then blew anyways.
    Its putting alot of stress on our relationship and have had some huge fights over it lately.

      First off, you need to confront her about the ridicule, it will only make your pre e worse and wont help motivate you. That is of course if a girl like that is worth keeping around to you. I would throw her ass to the curb, you dont need more stress in your life.

          I'm just new here too, but got something to say. I got a girl like that before, she always want hardcore thing. Way back i just last 2-3 mins on intercourse, so we always have arguments about it. I can't fix that in a day or a week! so I ended up thrashing her because the stress is ain't worthy.             Do yourself the favour and dump the bitch, that alone is a start to curing your problem. You don't need a woman in your life ridiculing you. If any girl tried to mock me in any way especially over a very hurtful issue such as pe I'd kick her sorry ass to the curb instantly

              I started this routine what do you all think?

              3 days on 1 day off.
              -warm up
              -basic stretching
              helicopter shakes 20 seconds, ok grip stretchs to the left 25 quick kegals then while stretching 10 big circles to the left and then to the right
              repeat helicopter shakes
              repeat stretch but to the right with 25 quick kegals, then 10 circles either way again
              repeat helicopter shakes
              stretch straight and do kegals again and repeat 10 circles either way again
              helicopter shakes again
              stretch straight up and repeat kegals again, followed but 10 big circles again either way
              helicopter shakes again

              then 50 wet jelqs followed by 30 V jelqs (sliding from left to right up then down
              repeat till a total of 150 wet jelqs then 90 V jelqs

              then warm down

              also doing kegals
              sets 3- rapid 10 seconds, rest 10 seconds
              sets 10- rapid 5 seconds, rest 5 seconds
              sets 10- hold for 5 seconds
              sets 3- clench and relsease alternating duration for short and long holds for counts of 10
              sets 1- hold for as long as possible

              im also trying to do this exact routine for reverse kegaling, still not sure if im doing them properly

              im also doing edging with lube and have quit porn.. going to change edging from nights and morning and mid day.. just to change it up. going to try to go as long as I can without getting to the PONR..

              correct me if im wrong but you revewrse kegal to stop the PONR from happening so you can last longer right??? and if you do get to the PONR you do a strong kegal to stop your cum from blowing???

                    The girlfriend thing... I now joke about it to my gf. I find it lowers any lingering anxiety... So i've said to her things like... "Right, later one, you're going to get the best 15 seconds of your life!" She finds it's really funny and knows i'm bothered by it. I've also assured her I'll get through my poor recent form. So for me there's a balance between being able to joke about it and almost have fun with it (which helps to stop stressing about it) and also having the confidence that you are actually trying out some things and have some knowledge about how to proactively improve your situation.

                    I'd say, let her know that you are bothered by your performance. She's possibly annoyed because she misunderstands - she think you are being selfish and are ejaculating quickly on purpose. Explain that that isn't the case and that you're just in bad form and will get through it. She'll probably be supportive and totally cool about it. You needn't go into details about what you are doing. Don't tell her about your great edging session or your RK routine...! haha. Well, you could, but that's up to you. If she's not supportive from then onwards, then i'd say get rid. This is just my recent personal experience and i have to say i already feel a lot better about my situation.

                      Cut out all those kegel exercises they will make pe worse and it's been proven.

                      You should do a 60 to 40 ratio. 60 percent rks and 40 percent kegels. If you're like me who has been kegeling while masturbating their whole life those muscles are probably already strong so I would even consider a temporary rk only routine for the time being. Or at least do an 80 to 20 ratio routine.

                      But definitely cut out a lot of those kegel routines and focus more on rks. Doing kegels are beneficial for people trying to shoot their load farther, gain a stronger eq, and being able to dry orgasm/mmo. Reverse kegels will help stretch And relax the pelvic floor which is what you need to help your pe issue

                      What you decide is up to you, this is just my advice

                        Dude- her behavior is unacceptable. If she is giving you backhanded comments and turning the issue (which you are correcting) into a source of friction - and allowing you to feel bad about yourself and not supporting you,... well that behavior is petty, cruel and selfish. If you are smart, you will see she is giving you an insight to her true personality, which she's probably kept hidden from you so far. You probably love her, but if she really loved you, she would never do that to you. She probably just sees you now as her "current boyfreind" with plenty to follow...
                        I know, because I put up w/ this behavior for much longer than I should have, and I feel like a fool for doing so. Don't try to be the "nice guy" here, you are not at fault.

                          What would be a good reverse kegal routine?
                          I know how to do them I think, but is there certain ways to train it? As in fast or slow or holds and certain sets etc? or do you just do it
