I just want to add something.
I understand about the plateau fase and everything
I just want to to say that to beat premature ejaculation faster you have to get used to masturbate at hight speed motion.
That's what I did I used to masturbate slow and try just to feel good about, but when you are having sex is different. Every time you get in to intercourse there is another person and they count too.
When you have a girl riding your dick and getting wild, is not easy to have control.

Yes, it is always good to challenge yourself, this is why I suggest, amongst other things, a fast stroke rate in the edging progression in the original thread.
There is no answer to this question. It depends what you mean by beat Pre E. Go for 5 minutes, or 5 hours?
It also varies very much from person to person, some people may be cured in a month, others may take many years. There's how long you've had Pre e for, how bad you've got it, how much you dedicate yourself to curing it. I'm afraid this is the unanswerable question, beating pre e is by no means an exact science.

Well I never really looked much into that or how it potentially affects me but from looking at pictures I'd say I have a posterior tilt. I sit or partially lay down alot during my free time as I spend a few too many hours playing games daily. I'm fairly tall and skinny but do work out a few times a week but I can kinda tell how some exercises make my lower back arch a bit forward which might have something to do with imbalance in my core muscles.
So how does this affect me and how do I fix it? By the way thanks for replying

On a related note, what positions does everyone prefer to edge in? As I state in the OP, I think we should practice in all positions as a way of a progression, but some are definitely easier than others.
Personally, I find standing and lying the easiest, sitting is slightly more challenging and missionary is by far the hardest. Thrusting also makes things a lot more difficult, you should practice thrusting to try and keep a relaxed pelvic floor while doing the movement- this is probably an essential practice to help transfer edging progress to sex.
Anyone had any success by trying different postions/thrusting?

MMM I see it as conditioning your body, if you go too fast you´ll ejaculate fast...I don´t know I last longer now when edging...

I prefer to edge with the fleshlight in the spooning position but I usually cycle between that and laying on my back. Some positions casue me to tense up more but it seems to get better with time. For me it's Spooning < Laying down/cowgirl < Standing/doggy style < Standing on my knees < Missionary. Sitting down seems to be easier aswell but I don't practice that much as I can't thrust in that position but when I do try it out it seems to me like that causes the least amount of Iks. When I go by hand I almost always lay down but it's mainly due to me trying to focus.
By the way had sex with my gf today and lasted for I don't know how long (didn't really care once I got into it) she was on top and we went reasonably slow. Iks weren't a problem as it seems like my tolerance has gone up quite a bit and I wore a condom which seemed to help. The first minute was a bit intense though but by taking it slow I managed to push through without too much effort. Another thing that probably helped was that I made sure to make her orgasm before we proceeded which took alot of pressure of me.
For those of you hwo don't know my current edging routine consists of using the fleshlight for 15 minutes(started at 5 to set those first 5-10 minutes in stone) then I edge by hand for another 20 by hand. Since alot of people here seem to struggle in missionary I'm thinking of doing a new edging routine but this time in missonary. I'll obviously have to start over at 1-5 minutes at first but I'm a bit hesitant. The way I see it it'll probably give me better overall control if I can manage myself in missionary and it'll make most other positions alot easier BUT it might also worsen my condition. Since missionary makes me tense up more it could potentially worsen my Iks in general as it might make my body more used to holding them again. So it's a bit of a high risk high reward type of exercise.
Opinions on this?
