    I have reduced a lot the strength and number of my IK but I still get them. One thing that bothers me and I dont know if its normal and how to battle, its the increasing tension around pelvic floor muscles reaching a high level after reaching first PONR, and it keeps on that level till the end of the session wich makes IK to appear easily.
    At the start of the session, after the daily stretches, I'm completly relaxed, no tension, and it's fair easily to control it until the ~15 minute mark.

    It's this normal? Is there any way to battle it?

    Yes that's normal hooch, but you see that first 15 mins where you're more relaxed, that's progress, so it's a sign that you can keep progressing and get to a point where you're are relaxed for the entire time

    So it's just about keep relaxing pelvic floor area with stretch and RK and keep training on edging? What bothers me is that if I pass one day without doing stretches, the tension increases heavily. This will lower with time?

    I have reduced the number and mostly the stregth of my IK but I still get them, did you removed them with an only RK routine or you had them until you started adding regular kegels?

    I did a heavy rk only routine and noticed the difference, so I thought "that's it" rk is what will cure my prem e, but reality is edging builds up your stamina and control, and had I not been edging it wouldn't of done much good. I realised this at the point I had stopped rk and other exercises and was edging and just focusing on enjoying it and making it last as long as I could, for enjoyment not for the sake of lasting 30, 40 mins whatever.

    ik's become delayed, and are reduced, in strength and frequency, so they aren't so sporadic and uncontrollable, there is a slower build to orgasm so it makes it easier to progress further. Slow controlled build to orgasm is ultimately what your looking for, then it's about how far you can go with edging, and all the other stuff, to last as long as you want, which is possible because if I can do it anyone can.

    Thanks for your help LLN, it's allways so welcome

    Now I can withstand a tighter grip than where I started but I'm struggling with lets say a nearly maximum tightness (to simulate some vaginas that I found, where they were tight and dry). I'm not getting that strong constant kegel, it's strength has been reduced, but I seem unable to remove it completly (yet). I don't know if its about RK's strength because, as I do with the building tension, I try to relax it doing some RK or at least trying to copy the movement motion to get the pelvic floor in a relaxed state, but with that tightness of grip, still feels impossible for me.

    How am I going to do more progress:

    a) Just keeping that tightness and try to stay on it for a longer period of time every session although I get the moderate strength of kegel? (yesterday before I cum I could stay on that tightness for 4-5 on a very fast path, also, when going hard on real thing with one girl that I'm meeting right now, it feels nearly that type of sensation about stimulation and tightness, I mean, this is nearly what I'm going to battle on real thing).

    b) Lower the tightness to a point where this kegel doesn't appears and try to increase tightness progressively.

    do we need to CUM while edging? how many time per session to edging if we dont need to CUM

    the less you cum the better.. I would cum after 3-4 sessions.(so mostly 3-4 days if you edge everyday)
