    I have been practicing retention and plateau edging at the same time. Its been about 25 days now without unloading. It feels like edging sessions are helping me understand my body for needed control of PE. Will be getting tested soon, I will share how it goes . . lol

    I understand you're combating pre-E, but ejaculating 3 x / WEEK EITHER IN SEX OR EDGING is a healthy way to maintain your prostate function.

    I've completed 3 sessions. First day reached ponr few times in 20 minutes. Second I pushed beyond 20 & increased speed after 20 and then reached ponr few Times.
    Today was third so I did about 20 then had like tight grip but not exactly making a ring around my penis. Not sure if I'm supposed to make a tight ring grip? & after 20 I did do a tight ring grip for about 5 mins. Didn't reach ponr in first 20
    However problem is after I did the 20 when I do stroke to the glans, I can feel myself reaching ponr pretty soon. So shall I just increase speed and leave out the glans for now? My current strokes are 2 seconds up 2 seconds down

    Sounds to me like you're using too tight a grip. The purpose of edging in training to overcome pre-E is to simulate sex, learning to plateau and not go over the edge when you reach PONR. Don't use a tighter grip than you would receive if you were having sex. Otherwise you are simply desensitizing your Dick, and THAT is NOT a good thing. Instead, use a lighter grip or buy a fleshlite to practice with.

    Oh I was recommended tight grip since I get aroused too quick particularly when having sex and the gf is tight or even anal.. So I guess keep it lighter, and would you recommend making a ring around or just use the hand lightly? And next step increase speed?

    Women's vaginal muscles are not anywhere near the strength a guy can grip with his hands. Go lighter on the grip, and don't increase the speed beyond what you would be stroking while thrusting having sex. Vary your speed somewhat, like if you're having "jackhammer" occasionally, but don't train yourself at only ONE speed. You have an "automatic transmission", even though your "shift" is on the "column"! (LOL)!

    What is the problem in desentisizing?He has Premature Ejaculation and he has to walk a long road to curing it, let alone to receive DE.We, the people with PE have extremly sensitive penises and a little desentisizing it`s a good thing for us.I believe it`s one of the major cures.It`s good to have partner, to see where is your progress.

    So I'll loosen the grip a bit less than clenching tight, and vary the speeds while staying away from the glans?
    If I was to use a flashlight then it would involve the glans no?

    I am currently training with the DeathGrip, i.e. a very tight grip and hard rubbing and I begin to love it I do not care if desensitized a bit, if I can make love to my woman really passionate with lots of thrusting. If I at one point feel hard to cum, then I would just stop DeathGrip for while.
