    Hey everyone...

    I've done quite a bit of reading here lately to figure out a few issues I've had for years...I will start by taking you back to when I was much much younger...

    It started in elementary school, I can't remember the grade, maybe 3rd...I was in gym class doing the rope climb exercise...I noticed that if I stalled my ascent, I had an overwhelmingly pleasant feeling...you get the idea. I did whatever I could to achieve this throughout my childhood.

    I get old enough to start actually masturbating and as a normal adolescent living at home, you have to rush, as I read on this forum is pretty normal...Since then I've been pretty regular with watching porn and taking care of business quite quickly just as a habit.

    I finally start having sex and notice I'm pretty quick on the trigger...It got slightly better the more sex I was having, but still wasn't necessarily a long lasting guy in bed.

    Throughout the years, probably once I hit 18, my EQ decreased. Never 100% solid, more like 50-75%. Enough to have sex, and reach full size (7.5x5.5) but it was never 100% robust. I had no issues getting stimulated, it just wasn't as rock solid as I had expected...

    I think because of this, I would kegel (after realizing what it is and how it affects things), ya know to flex it and keep it as "hard" as possible. I also noticed if I didn't kegel the whole time, I would have decreased stimulation and EQ.

    So to my dilemma...Do I really have ED, and trying to solve it by flexing (kegels), am creating my own premature issues?

    I decided to try to edge to see what my issue is...Tonight I was able to edge for about 20 minutes and would have very little stimulation until I did a short kegel. The longer the kegel, the more intense the feeling got until I was at PONR, where I would reverse kegel or really slow down to decrease the intensity, rinse and repeat. All while not having incredible EQ...

    Any thoughts or opinions would be awesome!

    So what exactly is the question?

    You answered everything in your own post. The rushing to PONR the force kegeling because it felt better..

    These are the things that gave the majority here the pe issue.

    I suggest you continue to balance your muscles with reverse kegels, try the stretches, and most importantly for the eq issue, quit porn and try masturbating less frequently.

    The bad eq could have came from years of porn abuse ( if you over did it) or over masturbation/general poor masturbation habits.

    See if any of those things help

    Yeah, I kind of did, you're right lol. Just wanted to make sure my train of thought was on track with what the more knowledgeable people think...

    I guess I've been unintentionally force kegeling (not realizing it was causing my quickness until now), to make sure my EQ was high enough to keep the women happy...because I've been self-conscious of my EQ level. I think if I increase my EQ, I'll have a better idea whether or not I actually am quick or not.

    It's strange though, my stamina is quite erratic. I've had sessions when I was younger and more seasoned that were fairly lengthy, for me at least...10-15-20 minutes, but others where the hammer is on it's way down upon entry.

    I think that's normal

    Everyone has those days no matter what they do they fire off quick and then others where they can go on for much longer lol

    Don't stress yourself out too much just work on the things I've said and let us know how things progress

    Thanks...So my STU came in the mail today...JESUS.

    This thing quickly reminded my of my problem...I got to about 6 min edging on PONR a few times, but getting close to PONR I was not able to stop the stimulation with reverse kegels like I can with hand work, so just stopped all together until I calmed down...

    I guess I'll keep practicing with this and see where we get.

    After your post in my thread and also after yet another early blow-out with my gf last night i think i'll definitely be purchasing an STU for stamina training. Looking at it and reading bits on the forum, it seems like a good idea:

    a) You can thrust into it like real sex
    b) The intensity is higher and more stimulating
    c) It's probably a more arousing experience in general...

    So my question to you is... Are you having regular sex at this moment in time so that you can track your progress? If so, I'd be really interested in your progress and as i say, will be buying one come pay day at the end of the month...

    It's a huge difference versus using your hand. I mean I was able to go 20+ minutes by hand and really had to focus and kegel to finish it off, but with this thing it's waaaaay different.

    No, I'm not currently having actual sex. Just got out of a long relationship where sex was a chore for both of us, where we would just do it and get it over with, so that didn't help my issues either. She would kind of rush me if I took a little longer than usual so I got used to rushing to the finish line.

    OK, just had a pretty nice STU session...

    I hadn't used it or taken care of business for a few days. Tonight I pulled it out and fired things up. About 1-2 min in I was struggling, but kept slowing down or stopping completely....a few times of doing that and I believe I hit my plateau! I had a pretty low arousal level, but good EQ and kept it going. Hit about 10-11 min with complete control over everything! I had some stuff to do after so I flexed those kegels, hit it hard and was able to fire one off on command.

    What a feeling! I think if I keep this up good things will come

    Good stuff. Edged to porn last night... I never watch porn. Fuck. Wayyyy harder. Will go down that route for now and if i don't see any results at all, will go for the STU.
