    When i would look at porn, i would do it one masturbation session per time. I wouldnt ejaculate, stop for a few hours, then do it again as many frequent masturbators would do

    what i would do, however, is i would masturbate to porn, sort of edge for about 10 minutes, reach the ponr about 7 times in that time period as i would rush to the ponr then stop, because the orgasm afterwards would be amazing. Once i ejaculated, i would still be hard, well sort of. I would then try and get another orgasm out of the session. My penis was very desensitized after ejaculating, so it would take a lot of effort to get another orgasm out of it. What i would then do is turn up the volume of the porn, and KEGEL as hard as i could while stroking furiously to get that other orgasm. Once i did, maybe in about 2 minutes afterwards, only then would i feel satisfied.

    One orgasm was never enough, because i've never experienced the plateau, i've had PE since i was about 12 or 13, and the orgasms would be weak and they would allow me to stay hard and keep going.

    Now my PC muscles contract involuntarily as i go about my day, and when i'm standing i find i have to physically and mentally unclench them. I get IKs just by thinking about sex, and when i touch my penis, it jumps back and forth

    reverse kegels so far have given me nothing, except pain, because i never thought they were doing anything

    I also didnt masturbate in the traditional grip that most people have. Most people make a grip on their penis with the thumb and index finger at the top of the grip, and stroke up and down the shaft

    I found that it was much more pleasurable for me to grip the opposite way, thumb on the bottom, and then i would squeeze and let the natural oils of my hand and penis provide the movement as it would slide between my hand. I now realize how bad this was, and now i'm paying the price

    I'm experimenting with the death grip a bit, want to see where that goes

    bought a fleshlight STU, kind of conflicted whether or not to use it, because i want to uphold the 2-4 day rule for edging, but sometimes as i reach the ponr, as i pull out of the stu, that alone is enough to bring me to orgasm.

    sex without a condom is out of the question for now, it literally only lasts about 5 seconds

    condoms can delay it for about 2 minutes, then i ejaculate, have to change condoms and then i can go literally forever, but as soon as i take it off, its ponr in about another minute.

    I have a bad pain in my fat pad area, i think i overdid it on the penis stretching.

    Is the only way to get used to sex without a condom, feeling that warm wet vagina, is to have sex without a condom and just brave the embarrassment until its cured? nothing i've tried has worked to bringing me away from the ponr.

    On a side note, since quitting porn and taking the 5 gs, and exercising, my PE has gotten 10x worse, because my EQ has more than DOUBLED.

    I dont feel comfortable doing reverse kegels and stretches as i feel i subconsciously hurt myself because i dont think it'll work if i dont up the intensity.

    Are the yoga stretches alone enough to help with the IKs? reverse kegeling right now is at the bottom of my list of favorite things to do.

    I have also forced orgasm in the past with kegels, most of us have. On occasion, I did also force a second one in the manner you described. By saying how you edged with lots of PONRs when edging shows that start stop does not work for you. I reccomend you try edging as described in https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html

    Because you caused your problem with bad masturbation, you need to fix it with good masturbation - essentially edging and avoiding doing kegels which force orgasm. Unfortunately, the bad habits will have left your pelvic floor tense, you need to do reverse kegels, penis stretching and possibly pelvic floor yoga. If reverse kegels give you pain, you are pushing to hard. Reverse keels should be seen as a relaxation, a gentle push will do. Try doing them during edging and when you get IK during the day. Also, try and think about not doing IKs and this alone may help.

    It's a long road to reset something you've been doing for years, but it won't happen by itself. The sooner you start taking the right steps, the sooner progress will occur.
