    I have been reading the forum for a while and I am still kinda confused. I think I do have PE due to bad habits in the past (Porn). I was able to last 10mins+ in my last relation but right now I'm around 4-5 which is still not that much. I got PE only while doing penetration.

    I started doing RK only a month ago but haven't stick to a routine really. I don't feel the PC spasms anymore but still I aint ''fixed'' yet.

    I'm reading a lot of posts about dry orgasm which I would really like to try. At first I was scared to do normal Kegel but I think I'll stick to a 50:50 routine to get my PC muscle stronger.

    I've read the Minuteman post about dry orgasm and the routine seems quite complex, anyone has already simply did Kegel and Reverse Kegel on a daily basic and simply improving the numbers of reps/time to achieve dry orgasm? If so, how long would it take approx?

    Also, would it be possible to get dry orgasm with partner without practicing it while masturbating?
    I'm doing the reboot thing, trying to have sex only with my partner which I see only once every 3-4 weeks.
    I thought quitting porn would fix ED and PE.

    I think you are on the right track, and kudos on quitting porn, you will notice the difference soon enough!

    Kegels and reverse kegels take time, but you will master them eventually, given that you stay consistent and don't give up!

    My personal recommendation would be to postpone attempting dry orgasm until you condition your pelvic floor, then, you may use edging to help you identify your body's response to stimulation and PONR so you can have a good idea on timing and how to implement Kegels and reverse kegels to push the PONR further or achieve a dry orgasm, as it is an advanced phase that needs lots of practice and training.

    You may look into edging now, without dry orgasms though.

    So brieftly, I should do PC muscles exercices in a 50:50 ratio and start edging session.

    I thought I needed a strong PC to start edging and get plateau phase.

    I suggest starting with a balanced kegels and reverse kegels routine.

    As for edging, its not mandatory, you may do it now if you choose so, or keep it for later, in any case, if you opt for edging, you should start easy and move up as you advance.
