Let me thank PEGym family for the support I have so far received from everyone. First of all let me make it known that I have been an addict of Porn and masturbation for 15 years. I didn’t know the effect this was going to have in my sexual performance, and now I know because of what happened to me a few months ago.
While watching porn in the internet, I bumped onto a story about how PE occurs and what causes it and how hard it is to reverse it and what a damaging effect it has to one sexual strength. This is where my fears begun because I had been for sometime suffering from PE but I just couldn’t figure out what it really was until I read about this.
After the revelation, it became even worse because it had gotten into my mind now and coupled with the fear that comes with it. I lost confidence; I became anxious and just with a few strokes while doing sex I was ejaculating. Next thing my relationship with my girl ended because she felt I couldn’t satisfy her the way she wanted.
The breakup made me come to terms with the fact that this was a serious thing that I needed to do something about or else I will be ruined forever. I needed to fix this like yesterday but I could not find how to do it. I even tried seeking advice from my close friend without revealing my addiction part of the story. He only encouraged me saying that this was a normal thing to men and soon I will be ok. I began doing searches from the internet for a solution to this. I got the pills, herbs, sprays and so many other theories, I even planned to see a doctor for advice.
Last week while still searching in the internet I bumped on this forum. The stories I have read about the journey some guys have walked to solve this problem is amazing and I felt so encouraged. Next thing , I started trying out some of them like edging which I have just finished doing my DAY 5 this morning.
In those few days, I have learnt how the combination of taking DEEP BREATHS and MUSCLE RELAXATION can make one take charge of when to orgasm. I reached PORN after Edging for 38 minute this morning. I now feel a little more confident than I was one week ago. But I think I need to combine this with Pelvic Floor Exercises to gain muscular control and Minuteman’s Pelvic Floor routine is the thing but my problem for now is that I still can’t figure out which is which between K, RK and the ROOT LOCKS. If I can get this right then combined with edging, I should be on my path to success. What I want to focus on now is my day to day workouts which with time will translate into improvement.
