    I am going to start this log so i can keep track of my progress and share it with you guys to keep myself motivated, i was using a routine where i would focus on getting stronger PC muscle and was edging for 20 - 30 minutes (with my hand).

    Two days ago i noticed i wasn't doing any noticeable progress after 25 days of hard work and i was going to give up. Thankfully in my crisis i messaged a good friend i made on this forum (Dobby) and he got me back in the game with his support. We both were trying different methods to see wich one could help us overcome Pre-E.

    So the method i was trying didn't show any real progress and his did... so i am going to test it out to see if it works for me.

    So the idea is edging for 5 minutes per session with the help of a Fleshlight STU till i can make it without reaching the PONR (Point Of No Return), once i am able to do this, i will increase the stroke speed and the time gradually. (You can read a full description on his thread)

    This is what im going to do:

    I will split my edging sessions into two: (Whats Edging? https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html)
    1. Edging for 5 minutes in the morning.
    2. Edging for 5 minutes in the night.

    I will do reverse kegels everytime after i piss to keep my pelvic floor relaxed.

    Goals:
    - Get used to getting hard for the initial penetration.
    - Relax the pelvic floor during the first 5 minutes of sex.

    Thanks alot for taking your time to read this and i will update my progress everyday.

    I forgot to say, im going to make an appointment tomorrow with an urologist to get checked, i want to make sure that my problem is not physical.

      2. 6 minutes edging with the STU, i reached PONR 4 times... sadly i finished at the end...............

      I have done two sessions of Reverse Kegels, one after i woke up and the other one after i finished my edging session.

      First Session Comments:
      Something i have to add, i felt a groin pull 2 days ago, that might be the reason why i can last this much since my EQ dropped a little, im able to penetrate but my erection doesn't stay at 100%, still enough for the STU.

        3rd day:

        2. 17 minutes edging with STU, i reached PONR 4 times. After the 4rd time i felt i was in control of everything and wanted to see how much time i could last... i stoped after 17 minutes.

        Didn't do reverse kegels today, i have been distracted.

          What has been the most beneficial tactic so far, breathing, relaxing or something else entirely?

            I think that the most beneficial tactic has been breathing and keeping myself calm, i noticed when i get too aroused i stop breathing. My 1st goal is fixing that , also while edging i try to keep a low reverse kegel.. its hard to do but it is an excellent tactic to lower my arousal.

            What you say in your thread is right, the first 6 - 10 minutes are the hardest, after that it becomes easier.

            So i guess keeping the sessions short must be the most beneficial for people with Pre-E.

            Other thing i noticed is that i have more control in the morning while im edging.

              I have trouble holding the light RK but I do want to try that again now that I'm better at them.

              I've noticed that after about 3-4 minutes, my body acclimates to the stimulation.

              My dick becomes less sensitive, the stimulation isn't anywhere near overwhelming and I can just last.

              Is this similar for you or do you basically hit this feeling of plateau right away?

                Its exactly how you describe it, after 3 - 4 minutes my body start acclimating to the stimulation and i can last longer.

                  4th day:

                  Edging Sessions:
                  1. Morning session, 30 minutes, reached PONR 4 times. (I closed my eyes and time passed really fast... still the same, the hardest time to keep control is at the first 10 minutes)
                  2. I am going to skip this session, i feel muscle soreness.

                  Reverse Kegels:
                  Did like 50 reverse kegels through the day.

                    How are you two (draugr + dobby) finding the sensations when you're edging? Are you getting any controlled enjoyment from it, as per my edging thread, or do you still find it to be no feelings followed by a battle against ejaculation?

                    I am curious because I don't know the effect of an STU on plateau. I would think that if you have some degree of control (balanced pelvic floor + experience with edging) then the STU would help with getting into plateau as it will feel more like the real thing- it is very hard to plateau unless arousal is high. Trouble is, you need to be conditioned for that high arousal first, by training at lower arousals and working your way up.

                    So, any progress with plateau?

                      With the STU, I equate plateau with acclimation.

                      I always get a rush of sensation when I first start, it's not quite battling ejaculation but just calming my body down after going from hand stimulation to STU stimulation.

                      Once acclimated, it feels enjoyable without feeling overwhelming.

                      However, still working on pelvic floor balance & control.

                      So yes, there are some sessions where I will feel nothing, then all of a sudden am battling ejaculation.

                      I think true plateau is sensation + arousal control.

                      Right now, I can usually control one or the other, so while I can last once acclimated, I'm not sure it is a true feeling of plateauing yet.

                        To be honest, the last session i did lasted 30 minutes (and i wanted to keep going), the hardest part was, as always, the first 5 minutes, once i got to calm my body and closed my eyes i couldn't stop edging... it felt so good, i got lost into it... i lost track of time... i looked at the clock and realized that i had been edging for 30 minutes so i stoped even if i didn't want to.

                        I don't know if that is the plateu phase but seriously... i felt like an addict lol... got a little scared.

                        5th Day:
                        Im still on a break, i feel my pelvic muscles so tight... (Also i havn't slept enough, i need to give my body some rest)

                            Draugr that's awesome!! I think you were finally able to hit the plateau stage with the STU that's been alluding me so far.

                            I'm going to take a few days off as well, or maybe just do one 10 minute session in the morning.

                            I can definitely tell my body needs a break so I'm going to listen.
