I am going to start this log so i can keep track of my progress and share it with you guys to keep myself motivated, i was using a routine where i would focus on getting stronger PC muscle and was edging for 20 - 30 minutes (with my hand).
Two days ago i noticed i wasn't doing any noticeable progress after 25 days of hard work and i was going to give up. Thankfully in my crisis i messaged a good friend i made on this forum (Dobby) and he got me back in the game with his support. We both were trying different methods to see wich one could help us overcome Pre-E.
So the method i was trying didn't show any real progress and his did... so i am going to test it out to see if it works for me.

So the idea is edging for 5 minutes per session with the help of a Fleshlight STU till i can make it without reaching the PONR (Point Of No Return), once i am able to do this, i will increase the stroke speed and the time gradually. (You can read a full description on his thread)
This is what im going to do:
I will split my edging sessions into two: (Whats Edging? https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html)
1. Edging for 5 minutes in the morning.
2. Edging for 5 minutes in the night.
I will do reverse kegels everytime after i piss to keep my pelvic floor relaxed.
Goals:
- Get used to getting hard for the initial penetration.
- Relax the pelvic floor during the first 5 minutes of sex.

I forgot to say, im going to make an appointment tomorrow with an urologist to get checked, i want to make sure that my problem is not physical.
