You seem to be taking the stance that you are somehow immune to conditioning exercises.
A "live woman" who is understanding would be willing to help you work through sexual issues. Perhaps you're using the wrong criteria in selecting potential sexual partners.
No offense, but is it possible that maybe the issue is more your mindset than exercises, uncooperative women, etc? You seem more intent on explaining away your problems than in working on solutions. Resolving your issues is something that's going to take a concerted physical and emotional effort on your end.

If your pe is really bad you can blow 5 loads in a row it won't matter, you'll still last the same amount of time
You need to practice arousal control and learn how to breathe properly. It dosnt matter how physically fit you are in the pelvic floor and penis wise, you need to control the nervous system and your sexual feelings. This comes with patience practice and experience, not whining or blaming porn on everything.
If you somehow created pe and it became a problem like mine where you were once able to last forever then you can sure as hell reverse it. Being negative isnt going to fix it. Learn how your body works and how it reacts under stimulation and find ways or tricks that work for you to keep your arousal to a minimum. Again, patience practice and experience.

you need to do edging man, go slow very slow and when you feel the contraction stop, and take a deep breath, relax and do it again. If you feel that is too much try to fine one spot in the head of your penis, and rub it something like a ballooning.
feel the response of your body. Remember go slow, and stop and do
a reverse kegels.
if you finish wait 5 minutes or what ever time you need to another erection, and do it again till you can ballooning for at least 10 minutes.
