    You seem to be taking the stance that you are somehow immune to conditioning exercises.

    A "live woman" who is understanding would be willing to help you work through sexual issues. Perhaps you're using the wrong criteria in selecting potential sexual partners.

    No offense, but is it possible that maybe the issue is more your mindset than exercises, uncooperative women, etc? You seem more intent on explaining away your problems than in working on solutions. Resolving your issues is something that's going to take a concerted physical and emotional effort on your end.

    Take a good read throughout this forum and check out the posts of men who have gone through similar situations and resolved them. They didn't do so by making excuses or by maintaining negative mindsets.

    My criteria is a woman, preferably with a vagina. The women I've been with that meet the criteria you are thinking of were older, uglier women. I considered practicing with one of these recently like you said, but I realised that there's not a whole lot of difference between her vagina and my lubed hand.

    Once again, I might 'seem' that way but that's a mistake on your part.

    I've been doing the reverse kegel exercises daily but I can't isolate the muscle and it's much different to doing it once my penis is being stimulated. I'm doing the penis stretches and yoga, as for Drummer19's log, do you mean the Arousal Techniques thread?

    Why don't you masturbate 2 times. if the first time you finish fast wait, and masturbate again till you are able to last 5 minutes and gradually you going to start to last more, and more. Empty your balls.
    there is away to over come this and is you who need to find the path.

    If your pe is really bad you can blow 5 loads in a row it won't matter, you'll still last the same amount of time

    You need to practice arousal control and learn how to breathe properly. It dosnt matter how physically fit you are in the pelvic floor and penis wise, you need to control the nervous system and your sexual feelings. This comes with patience practice and experience, not whining or blaming porn on everything.

    If you somehow created pe and it became a problem like mine where you were once able to last forever then you can sure as hell reverse it. Being negative isnt going to fix it. Learn how your body works and how it reacts under stimulation and find ways or tricks that work for you to keep your arousal to a minimum. Again, patience practice and experience.

    Exactly, I'm glad someone understands this. It's not like weightlifting where you lift a larger amount every time.

    I feel the euphoria when the PONR comes and I can feel it in my lungs. As I have read here, I have been controlling my breathing and not holding my breath when I am doing these exercises.

    I never lasted forever. I came quick the first time I stimulated the glans.
