  • Hyper sensitive edging

    My problem is I am hyper sensitive regardless if what I do. For example, when I edge to ponr, it does not matter how long I wait. As soon as I touch it again, I'm ready to explode. When I edge it's literally like 1 pump, wait 5 min then 1 pump again - repeat until oops!
    Any tips on correcting this?

    What do you do for exercise? (if anything).

      I do edge, but like I said its a lot of waiting and a little touching. I've tried some reverse levels with limited success. I'm also doing a modified big ALS jelq free routine.

        You could try this, I'm not sure if it works but it sounds practical.

        Are you sure it's 100% a sensitivity issue and not partially related to a tense pelvic floor?

        I used to hold an involuntary kegel the entire time I edged (unknowingly) so I had the same issue, I would stop, but as soon as I started again I was at PONR.
