My first post
I don't know if it's because english is my second language, but I have trouble understanding how to perform reverse kegels.
I have added a picture with three different movements, all which I at some point belived was the right one to perform reverse kegels.
1. I start at the top og the base of my penis and squeeze towards the tip off my penis.
2. I start in the area under the penis and squeeze and stretch towards the tip off my penis.
3.(The alternative I now belive to be right)I squeeze the muscles just below my penis and stretch downwards towards my anus.

Can someone explain to me if one of these alternatives is the right one.
It's very nice if someone who master this exercise can try to explain with pictures of drawings.

You don't squeeze, you relax your pelvic floor muscles, and gently flex your abs, and don't strain your self.
By flexing your abs, you are applying pressure on your pelvic floor muscles thus stretching them out, which is the point of the reverse kegels.

Also, a popular advice from many people is that you can locate your BC-muscle by speeding up while urinating. Well basically I have trouble finding any muscles in use when i urinate, BUT I can locate the muscle I am using when I have stopped urinating and are pushing out like the last drops or the last flow left in my bladder when taking a piss. Is the muscle I use to do this the one you are all talking about?

Best way I found to reverse kegel was to practice start stop while peeing. To stop is a kegel and to start or pee faster is a reverse kegel.

When you stop urination, its called a kegel, to reverse it, you don't flex that muscle, but relax it and flex your abdominal muscles.

Ok. You see I have been looking for a muscle to squeeze, pull or contract the opposite way for like a month now.
But like you say, when I urinate I kind of just let go and squeeze the abs, and if I speed up I also like push down like almost taking a shit. But I can't feel no muscle down there. I was afraid I had a none existing muscle which all off you others had
