    I have been in touch via email with a Pelvic floor Physiotherapist and her exact words were"Myofascial Release is an amazing technique to target pelvic floor tightness".Since Pre E can be caused by involuntary kegals and spasms deep in the pelvic floor muscles,it makes sense that the muscles are too tight.Can anyone recommend some massage techniques for this.I do the tennis ball on the perinium but looking for some others.

    how does the tenis ball and perineum work for you so far ? how long you've been practicing miofascial massages...
