First of all thank you all for a great forum. I have read a lot of great threads on this forum and have learned a lot the last few months, but now I’m lost and need help.
This is my story, I’ll try to keep it brief. I’m 30yo. I have a history of maturbating to porn, and doing kegels to increase the sensation. Never did so to get faster to orgasm, but to get faster close to PONR and keep it there. Sometimes for up to an hour or more for the sensations sake. 2,5 years ago I ended a 6year long relationship and naturally since then there have been more masturbating to porn than sex with a girl. Last summer I got a new gf. But we have a ldr so still mostly porn, or pics of my girl. This fall (2013) I noticed eq got lower. Even had trouble getting hard watching my favorite porn. A google search later and I thought kegels would fix this. I started a routine where I did as many long and hard holds I could for about 2x20 min a day. I also started a jelque-routine in the same time. Eq got much better for some weeks, but after 2 months I started getting PE problems and lost eq again. Everything was soo sensitive and I couldn’t even last 1-2 min while masturbating. Then I found this forum and other sites with advice on PE. I started learning about reverse kegels, learned some stretching exercises of both bc and pc muscle. Started doing tennis ball massage, hip mobility exercises (i have an office job so I sit a lot), stopped kegels all together and stopped watching porn (but i still look at nude pics of my girl sometimes, but dont masturbate to them). Also stopped jelquing. This is 2,5 months ago now. Started edging with fleshligt 1 month after starting with rk routine. Had great results for some weeks. Started with 6min 1 time a day, increased by 1,5 min pr. week up to 12 min. Had good control and felt like I could last even longer most of the time. Then started incorporating some kegels into my routine (70% rk 30% normal kegel) as confidence got better. Then suddenly I started getting problems again. Dick itself and pelvic muscles started feeling super sensitive all the time and any touching resulted in bc and pc muscles contracting. Pe problems came back. Could not use the fleshlight without the pc/bc muscles contracting, lasted max 1-2 min. I’m afraid I’ve been overdoing reverse kegels, massage and stretching. For example when doing tennisball massage I did it 10-12 min a day and basically put my whole bodyweight on the ball to stretch the muscles. Never felt pain when doing this so I thought it was ok as I did have good results with the fleshlight at the time.
So my status now is that my BC and PC muscles stay contracted just about all the time. Even if I do a reverse kegel to relax them they go back being contracted 1 second later unless I lie down and really focus on relaxing them. Even then I feel like I really can’t relax them 100%. Almost like I have some sort of cramp in them permanently. Get precum very easily, often just because of contracted muscles without any excitement. The muscles feel very sensitive and almost a bit sore because they are contracted all the time. My dilemma is if I should let them rest for some weeks, or continue reverse kegeling with massage/stretching. If I don’t RK they will stay unconsciously contracted about all the time so it’s hard to let them rest. I feel like I’m in a vicious circle where the muscles is stressed and stay contracted, and rk/stretch/massage will only make them more stressed. The last week I haven’t done any kind of exercises except light rk to try to relax the muscles, but no change.
I haven’t been with my girl since I started the rk/stretch/massage routine, but will see her in 3 weeks. It worries me that I can’t get out of this stressed/always contracted state.
I’ve tried reading the forum to find a solution to this, but I haven’t found anyone being in this vicious circle I’m in now where everything I do seems to make things worse. Any ideas how I should deal with this problem?
