    First of all thank you all for a great forum. I have read a lot of great threads on this forum and have learned a lot the last few months, but now I’m lost and need help.

    This is my story, I’ll try to keep it brief. I’m 30yo. I have a history of maturbating to porn, and doing kegels to increase the sensation. Never did so to get faster to orgasm, but to get faster close to PONR and keep it there. Sometimes for up to an hour or more for the sensations sake. 2,5 years ago I ended a 6year long relationship and naturally since then there have been more masturbating to porn than sex with a girl. Last summer I got a new gf. But we have a ldr so still mostly porn, or pics of my girl. This fall (2013) I noticed eq got lower. Even had trouble getting hard watching my favorite porn. A google search later and I thought kegels would fix this. I started a routine where I did as many long and hard holds I could for about 2x20 min a day. I also started a jelque-routine in the same time. Eq got much better for some weeks, but after 2 months I started getting PE problems and lost eq again. Everything was soo sensitive and I couldn’t even last 1-2 min while masturbating. Then I found this forum and other sites with advice on PE. I started learning about reverse kegels, learned some stretching exercises of both bc and pc muscle. Started doing tennis ball massage, hip mobility exercises (i have an office job so I sit a lot), stopped kegels all together and stopped watching porn (but i still look at nude pics of my girl sometimes, but dont masturbate to them). Also stopped jelquing. This is 2,5 months ago now. Started edging with fleshligt 1 month after starting with rk routine. Had great results for some weeks. Started with 6min 1 time a day, increased by 1,5 min pr. week up to 12 min. Had good control and felt like I could last even longer most of the time. Then started incorporating some kegels into my routine (70% rk 30% normal kegel) as confidence got better. Then suddenly I started getting problems again. Dick itself and pelvic muscles started feeling super sensitive all the time and any touching resulted in bc and pc muscles contracting. Pe problems came back. Could not use the fleshlight without the pc/bc muscles contracting, lasted max 1-2 min. I’m afraid I’ve been overdoing reverse kegels, massage and stretching. For example when doing tennisball massage I did it 10-12 min a day and basically put my whole bodyweight on the ball to stretch the muscles. Never felt pain when doing this so I thought it was ok as I did have good results with the fleshlight at the time.

    So my status now is that my BC and PC muscles stay contracted just about all the time. Even if I do a reverse kegel to relax them they go back being contracted 1 second later unless I lie down and really focus on relaxing them. Even then I feel like I really can’t relax them 100%. Almost like I have some sort of cramp in them permanently. Get precum very easily, often just because of contracted muscles without any excitement. The muscles feel very sensitive and almost a bit sore because they are contracted all the time. My dilemma is if I should let them rest for some weeks, or continue reverse kegeling with massage/stretching. If I don’t RK they will stay unconsciously contracted about all the time so it’s hard to let them rest. I feel like I’m in a vicious circle where the muscles is stressed and stay contracted, and rk/stretch/massage will only make them more stressed. The last week I haven’t done any kind of exercises except light rk to try to relax the muscles, but no change.

    I haven’t been with my girl since I started the rk/stretch/massage routine, but will see her in 3 weeks. It worries me that I can’t get out of this stressed/always contracted state.

    I’ve tried reading the forum to find a solution to this, but I haven’t found anyone being in this vicious circle I’m in now where everything I do seems to make things worse. Any ideas how I should deal with this problem?

    Your body is adapted to a certain type of sexual activity to stimulate you but in the process of watching porn you also suffer from the effects of desensitization. The absence of porn will help a lot in time. Also, limiting your masturbation will even help because you want you drive to with your partner and not you hand which it is used to.

    So, your body and libido needs to relearn again how to be stimulated and aroused by your woman. Again, first step, toss out the porn and let your penis have a break to build back up a health sex drive.

      So you think i have issues with oversensivity because i have stopped watching porn (2,5 months ago), and that's why my muscles are tense all the time? How long should it take to get used to the "no porn" situation? I guess this is one possibility, but i also feel there is a good chance that i have either damaged something down there due to too much kegels, or too much/hard rk/stretching/massage. Its so hard to know what to do when i don't really know the reason why im so tense/sensitive.

      The best plan i've come up to so far is to focus on relaxing theese muscles as much as possible. Maby some very light kegels/rk to remain control. Do some stretching for hip mobility (yoga and foam roller etc). Stop masturbating and just let everything relax for as long as it takes. Sounds like a good plan? I do have som lightt pain at one spot just in front of anus. Probably i should see a doctor if it doesn't get better in time.

      The other alternative is that my muscles are still very tense because of kegeling and porn, and that more rk/tennisball massage ++ is what is needed.

        Can you find a physio who specialises in pelvic floor?
        Do you have pelvic misaligment ?
        Magnesium and or potassiun may help/

          Yeah it should be possible to find such specialist in my area. Actually the idea of pelvic misalignment sounds worth checking out as i also have a history of back pain and radiating pain down my legs. Stretchinh my hip rotators doo help my back pain, but as this article suggests, misaligned pelvis may actually be the root cause of the problem. I do use magnesium supplement for numerous reasons (cold fingers, muscle cramps etc.), but not potassium.

              So a short update. I'm pretty sure i have either been doing the tennisball massage too hard, or doing rk wrong or too hard, and thats why my PC muscle and the area around it is burning, always contracted and a bit painful. I now even feel a light pain when i do a rk. I have a doctors appointment next week, and hopefully he can direct me to a specialist. In the meantime i will do yoga stretches, take the supplements for healing and relax. I feel like any direct stretching of the pc/bc muscle is too soon. Hopefully i can get rid of the muscle burning, get into a routine for losing up my tense pelvic floor, and then start working on strenght. i'm not sure if i should stop masturbating until it's better. it will definitely be hard to stay away from my girl witch i will meet her for the first time in 3 months in 2,5 weeks from now

                Malasana yoga pose works really well for me for streching and relaxing my pelvic floor.

                  Followup question: Today i noticed my dick have shrunk about 0,5 inch erect! I do have hard morning wood, but it felt smaller in my hand so i measured it. I'm freaking out a bit here. I realize there probably is some threads about this to be found, but i'm going crazy by all the reasearch so i hope comeone can answer me here. My gf will be here in 10 days and my dick is shrinking! If pe didn't cause performance anxiety, this sure will.. The last days i've been doing some yoga stretches, light rk and light massage. Malasana yoga was nice, tnx. Wall squats help a bit when things go super tense at work. But it still feels very tense and veeery sensitive. If i touch the head pc/bc will automaticy ik. I realize much of this may be a phsychological issue now. It feels like i'm loosing control of the situation. Please help.

                    I don't know what caused you to shrink but it could probably me a million things. Try some light Penis Enlargement exrecises or you could just not worry that much about that 0,5 inch. She'll most likely not notice it so just try to not put too much pressure on yourself.
