    I currently take Panax Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba & Hawthorn berrys twice a day everyday..and I heard that if you take Panax ginseng long term for 30 days straight or more it can do way more harm than good, especialy in young men and im 23 so that scared me a little cause Ive been taking these sups daily for 3 weeks now...so for people who take these herbs can you tell me what is a safe way to cycle them so I dont experience any bad side effects please? thanks alot

    As with anything, including vitamins, the nature of how they work on an individual is based on a number of factors. Age, diet, additional supplements (that enhance or counteract), the type and number of micro-flora in your digestive tract, and how much your body can use them. It is wise to cycle anything, and to read up on the effects and follow the advice of professionals. Your body can sometimes utilize various chemicals, but they can become toxic if they build up, or lose their efficacy due to fatigue of whatever system is processing them.

        I've been taking 5HTP from GNC for about a month now and I can honestly say its been a big help. I feel a lot more calm and relaxed.

        I don't think they work effectively for everyone but you might consider trying. If you have low serotonin levels and if your dopamine levels are all out of wack due from years of porn abuse and poor masturbation habits this can help.

              I take Butcher's Broom and Maca before I engage in any form of PE to help with blood flow. I wouldn't take too much vitamins and/or supplements, though; I highly recommend searching the web for advise. WebMD has an extensive library of vitamins and their pros and cons

                Sort of. With herbals, you can read up on them and just be cautious. A doctor you trust is always great to consult about anything related to supplements and if you have easy access to email your doc (I email mine all the time), this is best. One thing most people get confused about is that there's a big difference in prescribed medicine and herbals. Keep in mind that chemicals are chemicals, and they react in the body regardless of where they come from. Sure, herbals tend to be less potent overall, but they are still capable of damage if overdone or incorrectly dosed over long periods. A little can do a lot of good. Too much can harm you.
